I’m a Lifelong Arizona resident. If I ever relocated to the east coast, Pennsylvania would 100% be my first choice followed by Ohio. Large Beautiful states, lots of history, diverse.

I think it comes down to lifestyle. If you want more for less as far as property is concerned, PA is the obvious choice, but if you want to be around more civilization with lots of options as far as places to eat and social activities, NJ is the probably the better choice.
One Liberty Place 😊is also a great place to visit. - they have a mall on the first floor and they used to have an observation deck on the 57th floor. 883 feet up. I miss going there
