Once Upon a Child is a good option for donating toys that Deacon has outgrown/is not interested in anymore. They'll even give you cash if they accept the toys. Toy rotations are also a good idea: leave only a few toys out for a few days-a week, rotate them with something new, rinse and repeat.
love your vids. Advice-stay inn the room when your toddler eats. everyone enjoys some company when they eat, and you know they’re safe. Keep these amazing vids coming.
Oh my gosh! This is my favorite short/video yet... Because of the way you do your videos (the angles and what you show, etc.) we don't always see the goofy side of having a kid and playing and making them laugh, so you running at the crib to grab him, and him spilling milk (sorry, I know, not your favorite part lol) really made me smile! I love the way you normally edit your videos, but seeing the playing and goofy is really cute too! Love how sweet you and D are together! My littles love that bus and those blocks too! Looks like a great Sunday to me! 💜
Awwwww Deacon with his blanket 🩵💙 My daughter would take her baby blanket literally everywhere. I would have two piles One for outdoors and other for indoors
Attitude is everything. Lately in your shorts you've been super annoyed when it comes to solo parenting. I'm a solo parent to an almost 4 year old. My husband is a chef and works 14 hour shifts mostly, one day off a week, and I'm with my big feels son all day, everyday. It's super hard, sure! But I'm also happy to be home with him during these important years. It won't last forever. And your son won't be constantly needing you forever. He'll grow more independence every day. But attitude is everything, and our children still feed off our emotions, especially at this age. Much love to you from one solo parent to another.
I was a blanket child, it turned into plushies. I carried my unicorn everywhere with me. Now into my late 20s I have the largest plush collection I've ever had and cuddle with my stitch every night. 😅 some kids grow out of it, others grow into it 😂😂
@@Bonniemishyes having kids is a joy but solo parenting can be exhausting though. That is the reality of one parent working all the time. Mom burnout is real and should be acknowledged.
@@Bonniemish shut up that is what it’s called. You’re solo parenting when the other parent is gone if you can’t comprehend that that’s a you problem. There is nothing wrong with her attitude. Leave people alone shut up and mind your business.
Where did you get your changing mat? We are having lots of big feelings too. My toddler has a speech delay, and I think it makes the big feelings ever bigger.
It’s you who needs to slow down with the thinking. Maybe give her some nice suggestions on what other options she can do? Maybe actually provide good information and your comment wouldn’t be so unnecessary.
First of all, no one cares about how many choice he has just say you’re poor and can’t get your kid stuff we get it. You’re embarrassed second she’s not talking fast. It’s not her fault. You’re slow and can’t comprehend things. She’s not complaining. She’s simply stating what’s happening in her life and how the day is going if you can’t comprehend that again that’s a you problem.

We shop at Once Upon A Child! We got a tea set and a play stethoscope last time 😊
Looks like a very fun and productive Sunday Funday!!! And I’m glad you chose your peace over the meltdown of emotions 😅.

Isn't it nice to get up to a clean house? Your routine this morning is so calm and peaceful.
Try rotating the toys. It really works. Just like adults, children take their toys for granted at times.😊❤
You look so good girl! Hard work is paying off!
Wow I agree!!! She looks amazing and I see such a huge difference recently! Well done girl! Xoxo
Ugh some of these comments 🙄 You are doing amazing and doing whatever you can for your son!❤
He has a blankey ❤❤
They grow so fast!! 🥲🥰
He has like ten 😂🩵
I bought my youngest that bus for his birthday and he loved it. His blankey awwww 🥺.
He's so cute with that red hair.

Yes, these are the most precious years
Meal prep ice for a day.😊. I love your not big emotions too your little human. 😅😊. You are an awesome content creator and solo parent.
Dont throw the old toys donate them there are bins next to target etc😊
Yes definitely not actually throwing them away!

I love youe videos and the relationship you have with your family but you are not stuck with your son. It is a blessing
I love how you let him have his tantrum and walk away. ❤
For the longest time my oldest daughter was obsessed with Barney the purple dinosaur. Yeah I'm def aging myself. 😂
I thought it was just me running around with a toddler and there blanket 😩😩🤣 the struggle it must go everywhere 😅❤
"stuck solo parenting"
Emotional attitude is everything!
So what are you suggesting she does?
@@torie513 have a different attitude and approach it differently. Never noticed that you are single parenting or have your spouse. It's a joy!

That look after the milk lol.
Where did you get that ice machine
I love the shape of the ice cubes
My son is 24yrs and still has his blanket!

Kids and toys toys toys lol I never thought I’d have as many in my house that I do lol
blippi! my son Deacon loves Blippi. has your Deacon discovered Danny Go yet? omg mine loves him too!
Idk how the ice machine works, but if you make it before bed it won’t keep it frozen?
No it’ll pretty much be melted by morning 🥲
@@lillynbelle could you make a batch in the afternoon and store in the freezer for morning?
@@Mama_Manleythat’s what we do is just bag it and put in the freezer for when we want it.
You should brew coffee and leave it over night
😮😅
I wish you would sit with him while he eats . And not put him in front of the TV
I do. Many times he actually gets mad when I do. I know him best 😊
Nutrition and toddler isn’t a one way street. Some kids are very independent and that what some parents have to go off of. She knows her child best. 😊
And I wish people like you would keep your mouth shut when it’s not your child but here we are you’re still opening your mouth for some reason
😮😢
Stop complaining and slow down with the talking. Deacon does not need a million toys some kids have none. He gets a lot of attention.
That’s your unsolicited opinion as far as his toys. And as far the talking RUclips only gives you so long to talk on a short.
Talking about my life isn’t complaining.
