@@eloquentblackok I'm not sure why you don't have the material tab, this tut was done on Moho 12,. If you suspect it's a bug issue, uninstall and install to see if it will work. If not try a lower version if you must use the 3d tab, create your scene, then continue other shots of your animation with Moho 14. 😊.
@@eloquentblack but it still works if you open a project with 3d object that you have made using older version. So technically it is still avalible bu it is imposible to use for some stupid reason
when I click on the object there is no materials tab, only a "3d options" tab. Then it gives me no options to edit the materials. Have you encountered this?
@@kanim8me yes I understand but when I imported an obj file it imports with no textures. When I click on the item it does not show a materials tab, only a 3d options tab, with no apparent ability to edit materials like you do in the video. Currently using Moho 14 but Moho 13 does the same
Ok make sure the obj file is not corrupt, also try other files and see if it persists, if it does it might just be a bug in Moho, (u can reinstall to fix) or take the file into blender and resave it as obj properly, sometime the download obj file from the internet may be faulty.
@@kanim8me you were indeed correct. The original obj file did not have any textures added. I opened the file in blender, added the textures and saved as an obj and it worked. Thanks!!
You can , but it's a 2d package it's not built for that(3d). Throwing in a few 3d objects such as buildings . The possibilities are endless . Throw in 2D anme animations with styrophone object. It's tremendously exciting
Thanks for showing
How can I moved this 3D object with bons
Thank you!
Hi, I don't understand why in the last Moho version we can't import a texture ? Do you have a plugin ?
To be honest it's better to upgrade, the new features are really helpful
So how do you bring texture into 3.5 Moho the interface isn't the same, I can't find the import textures tab.
Did you find out how to bring the textures into 3.5?
@@animator4life99 3.5 or 13.5? 13.5 is the latest.
I'm on 14.1. There is no Materials tab. Only 3D Options. I tried using different obj files, the same story
That's is because Moho studio is not a 3d software... 👀
@@kanim8me yeah, but in your video, there is Materials tab.

@@kanim8me I guess they removed this feature in 13 and 14

Moho studio is a mainly for 2d the 3d option is for you to be able to add objects to your animation or any thing creative you want to do.

Can we do it in moho 2019
?
Yes
Go ahead and try it out sure it will work
Please can I use this in window 7 sir?
Sure , but windows 10 would be best
What is even the point if we can't animate a 3D character?
