Well, if you're willing to use it, I know another glitch... Go to the menu and start a mission on master. Then when you die in combat, don't press respawn, but change the difficulty to easy, then when you respawn, you'll be in easy but the game will think you're in master. If you die in combat again, switch back to master in the same way, get killed again and switch again. Once the mission is complete, go back to the menu and repeat for the next mission. Hope that's useful 🙂
