Sad to announce that the Alpine Village is indeed closing. At the time of recording this video there was some hope it would survive. I saw the news just recently that the owners of the shops have received eviction notices. This is such a bummer😪 I will try and do an update video tomorrow.
It’s so sad. I have many memories there. I want to thank my childhood friends family who introduced me to the culture that was this place. It is what I know and will always remember about Torrance. Thank you for all the memories 😢❤
I thought this was going to be the European village next to the Queen Mary. This is great to watch and I'm sure many of the shop owners are happy you are getting the word out. Open Public bathrooms...woot!! 🎯💯🚾

Such a cool little shopping area! I’m with you, I love themed places like this! I really liked the grocery store and love to have a look around that beer section.
