      @@GhostontheMoor Of course! :) Sovay bears great sentimental value to V as his mother died within the day of performing it at a local pub, whereas my first love was "Zoe" though the end is tragic - not a tale unknownst to most of us! Would love to hear your take on it. Drinking a fifth of liquor a day. I've got to restore my faith. Love this psalm rendition.

      @@mysterymichaelman I too learnt "Sovay" from listening to versions by Pentangle and Martin Carthy. It's a great song with an unusual rhythm, though I've always thought that the heroine sounds a bit high maintenance! Sorry to hear about your drinking. You've mentioned it several times. It sounds unhealthy and unhelpful! I'm praying that you'll kick the booze and come back to Jesus! May God indeed restore your faith.
