L4 l5 showz deffuse disc bulge With annual tear intending the thecal sac not comressing the nerve root.residual canal diameter measure 14.5 mm 3. L5 S1 shows central disc protrusion intending the thecal sac not comressing the nerve root.residual canal diameter measure 14.5 mm ... My symptoms are No pain. Heavy stiffness Sitting issue Cant stand for more time at the same position. Sometimes feelings of numbness at legs area also And moreover my issue is not fixed .,means it's moves from left to right or from right to left. Psl dr do reply ...thax

My symptoms are
No pain.
Heavy stiffness
Sitting issue
Cant stand for more time at the same position.
Sometimes feelings of numbness at legs area also
And moreover my issue is not fixed .,means it's moves from left to right or from right to left.
