while i do agree that quick charging is a big bonus i feel like manufacturers are moving over to quick charging as a replacement for better battery life.
+Emm Kay (silvernirvash) 100,000% agree. Quick charging rules. We should have phones with amazing battery life and quick charging. Have you seen the new Xiaomi Mi 4C? It has a 5 inch display, is 7.8 mm thick, and has a 3080 mah battery. I really think Motorola could have put a slightly larger battery in this guy. But they do have the extra cores, and the front facing speakers. I'm no design expert lol.
They came back really strong with the One line. Moto vision is the closest thing we have from moto x. The out of the box innovation and uniqueness without Caring about what the competition is doing.
Watching this in 2024 and this is still best designed phone for me, if this phone was old in 2024 with modern hardware it would be a no brainer personally
+Sj from Cali It's a fantastic phone. I have the Sg sedge and this, and side by side this is smooth as silk and fast, while my S6 edge looks nicer, but it's a turd in everyday use. Cameras during the day are both amazing. The moto X can take very good pictures in dim light, but in extreme dark environments its useless (like most cameras that arent the G4, S6, or iphone). Then again I never understood why people obsess over taking pictures in extremely dark places...
Marques you totally need to make at least one single video about music. You have a really nice taste so maybe you can recommend us some bands or artists. Cheers from Czech man!
+Crazy bonez So what? He has couple videos about him right? Without a word about tech. He's a giant music fan so short video about his favorite artists would be great imo.
I have my Moto X Style which I got a year ago and I love it. I don't know why i'm watching this again but if you are choosing between this and the 1+3, get the 1+3!
Usually I know exactly which phone I want to get, but this year I can't decide. Every phone seems to have annoying flaws: - Moto X Pure: Camera doesn't compete with other flagships, and no more Amoled display. - Galaxy Note 5: No more removable battery, and no expandable storage, Touchwiz still sucks. A glass back is a terrible idea. - LG G4: LG's Android skin is the worst skin on any Android flagship, sub par battery life. - Galaxy S6: Touchwiz, and absolutely terrible battery life that will only get worse with time. - HTC One M9: Camera STILL sucks, and it hardly improved anything over the M8 (my current phone). - OnePlus Two: No NFC, no quick charge, no expandable storage, sub par battery life. - iPhone 6s/6s Plus: iOS is downright stale in 2015. No expandable storage, no quick charge, and the worst iPhone hardware design since the iPhone 3G. Am I wrong with my criticisms? And which phone do you think is all around the best option? I think It's up to Sony and The Nexus lineup to make a phone that doesn't have a huge glaring fault. But somehow, I bet they both will screw up in at least one major area.
+Sand yeah I've been weighing my options too. leaning towards the moto x pure because it's significantly cheaper and I guess I could live without the best display and the best camera. Then again, no idea when will it be available in my country ...
September 20, 2021. I spent time in the summer of 2015 on the configurator for the X Pure. I can't recall why I didn't commit to getting one. I had probably a dozen configurations saved and couldn't make the choice. What a difference six years has made. November of 2015 I bought an LG V10 because I couldn't decide on an X Pure and because Samsung sealed the battery in the phone, limited storage to 64GB and dropped the micro SD card slot from the Note 5. 2015, what a year. My LG V10 still works albeit a little more slowly than it did six years ago.
One of my favorite phones. That back material was nice. Dual front facing speakers and an amazing screen, used it probably until 2018 when I moved to Oneplus7T
Ben Wilcox No I just ordered my Oneplus One. Since I don't have a month to wait on an invite I figured to order the Oneplus One. I don't really need the features that the 1+2 has. The 1+1 is still in my point of view a good buy in today's market! ;)
+Tade Bello Nexus 6 is closely related, but it has a larger screen, AMOLED display, and wireless charging. I would say the Nexus 6 is the better of the 2 but I like the size of the Moto X much more.
Watching this in 2017.. And im kinda disappointed seeing how Motorola has changed.. Idk why the new age Motorola phones have the feel that the older ones had!!!
Hey Marques, I know you probably won't see this, but what is the best camera app? Considering Motorola's default camera app is not very good, what would be the best alternative?
Bought this phone on Sunday from Best Buy for $250($100 off right now at Best Buy).Ever since, I've loved this phone pretty much, haha. Although the display is a little bit of a downgrade from the previous generation, it's still pretty solid in both the indoors and outdoors. The battery is above average, only problem I have with it is that the apps aren't much of what wastes the battery but actually the screen which is surprising to me(Turbo charging is super useful, haha). But Doze does help slightly with my battery throughout the day; better than my previous phone which was the Iphone 5s. Performance on everything this phone is capable of is pretty smooth and excellent, never been so satisfied what I bought for the amount of money I put in. Camera is pretty alright as well but I prefer 16MP since the 21MP is a bit off really. FINALLY, what I'm actually highly feeling good about is the pure stock Android it has; so perfect. Overall, this phone is pretty much a deal here. I would recommend this phone if you want a phone that will satisfy you for some quite while. :)
The display can get pretty bright (only in the night that the display can be pretty good if you're going to use the lighting quite low) , especially if you're outdoors during the day (however, you need to brighten a little bit to at least see the display if the sun for an example reflects the screen. It's more on the warmish side; it's very slightly and little. But it still have a vibrate LCD panel display comparing to other LCD panel displays in other phones. The phone is a great buy for what you're getting, that's just my opinion.
Moto X 2013 4.4.4 here, abstained from the 5.1 fiasco. Hope they'll make a high-end 5" model next year with AMOLED! The Pure is too big for my liking. Love your videos Marques!
+Frank Lin The rest of the world is yet to receive the Moto X Style. I live in Chile and we have the Moto G and the Moto x Play, but the Style is due to late september. Have some patience. This is a great phone!
Honestly I would pick the play over style. It's cheaper and has insane battery plus a 1080 screen for even more killer battery. I think it sits perfect between flagships and moto g range and I would totally snag one to replace the shitty software experience I've had with my opo if I could hahaha.
MKBHD I am a huge fan of yours. the simplicity which your videos have is the most liked thing. Moto has really improved on the 'X' as far as your video is concerned as i don't own one.
My moto x style just died. Came back just to see this amazing review of the best phone I had. RIP EDIT: "High end flagships that cost 600, 700, 800 dollars". Good old days. Good thing oneplus and xiaomi are still keeping that pricing somewhat relevant. EDIT: I loved the 21MP camera. I take photos of mostly documents and assignments and the super detailed shots I got from that camera were really helpful. EDIT: Also, fuck the oneplus 2
Got one for 285$ on Amazon and it should be here tomorrow. I've had a few phone over the past few years but this is my first Moto, my first 2K phone, and the first with front facing speakers. I'm pretty excited
Awab Khurram Don't know yet, will be arriving this Thursday. I'm upgrading from the 2nd Gen to give to my wife. Plan for it to hold me off for at least two years.
did it arrive do u like it i plan on getting it in 2 weeks or should i wait a few more months and get one plus 3 which is 100 dollars more plan for me is the phone to last 2-4 years
My only gripes about the phone is no fingerprint sensor and questionable battery life. Though the fast charging is really good and makes up for it. I'm rarely out of reach from an outlet or my vehicle which I got a Turbo charger there as well. Camera is pretty good not great (not what I care about a phone). To me, it will at the very least last me two years before I will probably want something else.
The phone will easily last me all day. Except when I game for hours which I'm fine with charging on those occasions. Love the bamboo back that I got on mine. Will probably look for a clear lightweight case.
thank you marques brownlee. I bought this phone almost 1/2 price 1 year later now. Looks totally worth it even now, even when all the latest phones has more advance functionalities.(even touch sensor)
+Addy Randhawa exactly. And for $100... come on. I like that it comes completely free of junk, but there are some things that take getting used to. like where the hell is the gallery?
+Wes Hale haha exactly.. i downloaded a file manager and a gallery and after that all good to go!! i ended up paying $150 for it.. but still for the price nothing beats it.. im loving it!! we will probably be one of the first ones to get Android N
I really can´t make a decision. Nexus 6P or Moto X Style. Nexus is probably a better phone but damn, 699€ (64gb) is too damn high compared to Motorolas 548€ (32gb). With the style you get SD card slot too
+Miika Mäentaus Me too i think that the nexus 6p is a better phone but on paper ther are virtually the same but 32 gb nexus 6p cost €649 for the base model and the moto x style/pure cost 499 with a micro sd slot.
Thanks for the info. Have checked several reviews, and you're the first one that mentions volume of ringers and alerts. I work in a noisy environment, so it matters.
"Not quite as bright as others..." -Has the highest brightness of any phone on the market (715 nits) "Doesn't get quite as dim either..." -Has the lowest brightness of any phone on the market (1 nit) mmmkay
lachlan bray But shipping will probably cost a tonne (esp to somewhere as remote as Aus) and with the exchange rate it'd be even worse + I'd have to wait ages. If I lived near America than yah sure
Hey there I have a suggestion there is something called as shop&ship which is operated by aramex they give you a physical address for 18 countries including us! I bought the one plus one for 350$ and shipped it to oman for just 30$ extra there service is pretty good
+Jaret C No you're wrong. Camera is bounds better on the moto, physical customisation, newer chipset, moto software. I would definitely get the moto over the nexus at the moment.
Moto X is not a upgrade over N6. They are pretty much the same but the Nexus 6 has a much faster GPU, slightly bigger battery, AMOLED screen, wireless charging. So if you are a geek then a N6 is obviously better but for others, the X looks like a good option with some additional features.
Actually every phone has an IP certification, just depends on how good it is if it is worth bragging about as a spec. IP68 is pretty much the best you can get at the moment being dust-proof and water-proof. The moto X isn't quite as good with an IP62 rating but both the nexus and moto x spout 'nano-coating technology' which makes them splash proof, which is good. But one of the biggest differences in these two phones is the micro SD card the moto has!! A big plus for many i'd say
I purchased the Moto X Pure based off this review and others. I must say, HATS OFF TO YOU :-) This phone is friggin amazing. The camera has never been a big deal for me, so as far as I'm concerned...this phone is just what I need. The last 2 phones that I've purchased are all thanks to your detailed(and accurate) reviews. You're killin it dude!
***** Haha that's great. My phone is pretty old now so I don't feel as guilty. I also don't have the willpower to drop 500 on a phone, so this one is good enough for me. It seems to be the best phone in its price range
+Icarus975 I bought the Moto x Pure. I've had it since Sept 9th and I love it. Everything in it is fantastic. Battery, Screen, Size, Camera, Sofware. Everything. I even use the Moto Voice and actions all the time.
jamlabs probably the only cons are that it's big (its a pro for me but it depends) and... I don't know, everythink works perfectly and it'll update to Android N. I paid it 429€, it's a great deal ;)
+jamlabs well everything about is great. it's easy to type because you can swipe words. but sometimes for me it just glitches. but I really like this phone. again I'm writing it on a moto x pure.
Wow! I am loving this phone. I knew that it had rave reviews as I watched so many youtube reviews. It was pretty much considered the best android phone under $400 and it competes with phones way a couple hundred dollars more expensive. I still had some doubts about the battery because some of the complaints and I thought the size may have been too big. Well I have been getting very solid battery life with marshmallow and greenify battery saving app. If you look up battery saving tips for marshmallow on youtube and use the tips, you could get 2 days battery life with moderate use from 1 FULL CHARGE simply by adjusting your settings. Do you really need 25-30 apps running in the background? Need wifi always on during sleep? Constant syncs, notifications, etc. from rarely used apps? I don't so I adjust these settings. I am already getting used to holding the phone and it fits fine in my pocket. Still need two hands at times to reach in the upper left corner. The screen is large and beautiful and the sound is AMAZING! I really don't care for a finger print reader so that isn't a big deal for me. It is difficult for me to find a legit complaint. I got this phone for $299.99 at best buy and I don't think that I could have gotten a better phone anywhere near that or even under the $500 mark.
Hey Marques! Heard to believe that in the US it's only 400 dollars! Here in the UK it's 50% more! from just over 600 dollars! I'm still enjoying the first Moto X...
It's really too bad they don't have a near stock custom phone now. So clean and wonderful. Now we only really have OnePlus that's anywhere near similar.
You've done a great job MKBHD. Just love all your videos. But what I think would be awesome is if you start reviewing laptops as well.... Still a big fan though...
Hey MKBHD one request for your videos when you review phones is if you could start reviewing call quality as well. I find it very displeasing that cell phone makers can jam pack our phones with all this technology, but I (or the person I am talking to) can still have problems with conversations when talking on the phone
best decision I ever made in a smart phone to date. love it. I bought it 2 months ago and i've never been more satisfied before so thanks for the review. I found it convenient because I'm a moderate to heavy phone user and the phone lasts literally all day and then some with moderate use. even with the heaviest of uses I'd still end the day with about 20% and that's all I need. the turbo charging is very useful.
DON'T MIND ME...I still have the 1st gen moto x; It just got lollipop 2 weeks ago, rip.
+RobFromRUclips (RT8269) i found you lol

+Vijay Mahar ok, why should i care?
I always do this :D
while i do agree that quick charging is a big bonus i feel like manufacturers are moving over to quick charging as a replacement for better battery life.
feel like its a compensation for making thinner phones.
Square Button well i'd say yes that sounds about right but the new moto x is actually thicker than the previous moto x isn't it? haha
Emm Kay haha I'm referring to other phones
Square Button ah lol
+Emm Kay (silvernirvash) 100,000% agree. Quick charging rules. We should have phones with amazing battery life and quick charging. Have you seen the new Xiaomi Mi 4C? When Moto was awesome.
They came back really strong with the One line.

@@STALKER777LK I don't think so. Even if the hardware is great, my all Moto proböens were in software lagging and bugging.
They still are
If Motorola made a 2017 version of this phone with a finger print scanner, waterproofing and updated specs, it would be the best phone ever made!
They actually are going to make another Moto X very soon.
I hope it's good because if it is I'll be sure to buy one. How do you know they are going to make one though?
@@tamircohen1512 the x4
Perfect phone - IF IT WASN'T SO HUGE.
+TarikProductions Same size as the note 5, and only a tiny bit taller than the lg g4 :/
It's curved so you still can use it 1 hand
+TarikProductions Perfect phone if it was just a little bigger
DarkDennis1961 What would you consider the "best phone" then? They dont get that much bigger... nexus 6 and lumia 1520 I guess :/
The Huawei media pad x2. I want it badly but Its not available where I live.
Watching this in 2024 and this is still best designed phone for me, if this phone was old in 2024 with modern hardware it would be a no brainer personally
This is the review I've been waiting on... want this phone
get it!!!
Yes, for $400, you won't be disappointed!
+Chris Louis buy direct from Motorola and pay $25 per month until its paid off!!! how cool is that! im getting this phone!!! :D
+Sj from Cali It's a fantastic phone. I have the Sg sedge and this, and side by side this is smooth as silk and fast, while my S6 edge looks nicer, but it's a turd in everyday use. +Sj from Cali Should of gotten the Moto G while it was $25. It's the best cheap phone on the market.
Marques you totally need to make at least one single video about music. You have a really nice taste so maybe you can recommend us some bands or artists. Cheers from Czech man!
+Sergii Krynytskyi he makes tech vids not music vids
+Crazy bonez So what? He has couple videos about him right? Without a word about tech. He's a giant music fan so short video about his favorite artists would be great imo.
+Sergii Krynytskyi You can look at some of his musical tastes in soundcloud. Just search up MKBHD and you'll find his profile.
Oh! Thanx man! Good tip.
+Sergii Krynytskyi you have a cool surename
The best phone to exist.
I have my Moto X Style which I got a year ago and I love it. I don't know why i'm watching this again but if you are choosing between this and the 1+3, get the 1+3!

SkitHertz Mm, the Moto X Pure looks to be the best option all around right now. I really love the look of the Bamboo back model, too.
+Sand but nowadays you can customize any phones with dbrands skin, at the end of the day its your own preferrence so enjoy your device :)
+Sand Nah, I think the droid turbo 2 Will be, As better opition When it comes out.
I wish they bring this design back :(

Arsenticx21 Well alright thanks
Arsenticx21 A nice way to sum up a tragedy XD.
Anyone else watching this on their moto x style in 2016 ?
Dhruv Bhatnagar Yep. The only reason I'm thinking of getting a new phone is I like new tech. I love this phone, though, best I've seen for the money.
Kevin Forbes I can understand your need to upgrade, I feel the same way. BTW have you received the 6.0.1 marshmallow update on your X Style yet ?
Dhruv Bhatnagar yup, i wanna buy it, i love it and the price is lit, you know, it's better than some of the new phones out there in 2016
Dhruv Bhatnagar They won't release one. But the Nougat is coming out soon like Nov-Dec.

Lenovo have completely ruined Motorola. The designs from years ago were so much better than the bezel free slabs that we have now.
I miss this bodystyle it was so nice

I have a 5S, great phone, but I'm really considering the Moto X pure.

all phones nowadays have a glass edge design but the only difference is the brand
I agree! Someone is selling one now! I'm thinking about getting it! Lol
Just ordered the 1+1 and now I saw this ;)

the OnePlus One is STILL a great phone and I just got my OnePlus 2 which is epic and awesome in its own way as well

+Carlos Gonzalez How is it?
The phone? MKBHD said it all, it's simply amazing
How the buttery life?
It really is its weakest point but it will get you through a day. Turbo charging makes up for it
thank you. and one last question, how the display compre to the iphone 6+? or the G4?

Just ordered one through the Motorola site, 32 gig, black front with bamboo back. 330 shipped, eta Oct. 10, can't wait!
My moto x style just died. Came back just to see this amazing review of the best phone I had. RIP
EDIT: "High end flagships that cost 600, 700, 800 dollars". Good old days. Good thing oneplus and xiaomi are still keeping that pricing somewhat relevant.
EDIT: I loved the 21MP camera. I take photos of mostly documents and assignments and the super detailed shots I got from that camera were really helpful.
EDIT: Also, fuck the oneplus 2
my dood is oneplus 8 pro pricing a joke to you
XD
Watching this review with my Moto x pure...great phone 👍
Got one for 285$ on Amazon and it should be here tomorrow. I've had a few phone over the past few years but this is my first Moto, my first 2K phone, and the first with front facing speakers. I'm pretty excited
Just got the 64gb version for $315 brand new, hopefully I'm not disappointed . . .
Will probably look for a clear lightweight case.
how? it is $399 plus tax?!
Peak smartphone era
thank you marques brownlee. I bought this phone almost 1/2 price 1 year later now. Looks totally worth it even now, even when all the latest phones has more advance functionalities.(even touch sensor)
0:30 *Unmistakeable curves?*
;)
+Marques Brownlee can get some help in starting a channel
would be grateful
+Luke Baatjies XD
+TravonCrawford saw that man

What do you do with all the extra phones after you review and use it ??
If you ever give it away dibs on Nexus 6. ;)
Dibs on note 5.
Dibs on his Mac pro
Don't have a phone at all right now so dibs on anything! Seriously. Anything.
Dibs on Dibs.
Dibs? What's that
I don't know where I'd be without MK. Such good reviews, much help.
20K+ Likes and only 178 dislikes? That's like a 9.9/10!

Only $249 at BestBuy today when you are logged in with your BestBuy account.... might pull the trigger on this one.
i got the g4 a few days ago.. thinking about returning it and getting this
I got actually got the G4 last night. I ended up paying $100 total for it.
Sweet.. i stuck to the g4 too.. lol.. its newer and has better battery life..
Nice video Marques, well written, shot and put together. You've earned yourself a subscriber.
I really can´t make a decision. Nexus 6P or Moto X Style. Nexus is probably a better phone but damn, 699€ (64gb) is too damn high compared to Motorolas 548€ (32gb). With the style you get SD card slot too
i would think the moto x would be the best bet.
Nexus 6P
Nexus 6p is better than moto x pure! Better camera, led screen, fingerprint scanner, fastest updates. I think 64gb is efficient!
+Miika Mäentaus Me too i think that the nexus 6p is a better phone but on paper ther are virtually the same but 32 gb nexus 6p cost €649 for the base model and the moto x style/pure cost 499 with a micro sd slot.
It depends on what you are willing to spend. Nexus 6p is definitely better, but the Moto X Pure costs a lot less
it's 299 brand new just upgraded to this from a moto g it feels like I'm typing on a Ferrari
Ferraris are really inconvenient
Which model of Moto G did you upgrade from?
meta man moto g 3rd generation
how many hours of Screen on time do you get? I too upgraded to moto x style, coming from a moto g 1 like phone(Galaxy Grand 2)
Mikule Walters Ikr lol
watching this from my moto x pure. coming from an iPhone 6 and I couldn't be happier...
Sure RUclips, I’ll watch a five year old phone review
Watching this on my new Moto X Pure
Thanks for the info. Have checked several reviews, and you're the first one that mentions volume of ringers and alerts. I work in a noisy environment, so it matters.
"Not quite as bright as others..."
-Has the highest brightness of any phone on the market (715 nits)
"Doesn't get quite as dim either..."
-Has the lowest brightness of any phone on the market (1 nit)
mmmkay
Is a IPS LCD and those do not get as bright as Oled, amoled etc
I think i still will get the IphOne Plus2 ^^
+Viralvideovfever you know that there is no IphOne Plus2 idiot
+ioiugio lol here we have smartass who is stupid @ioiugio ITS A JOKE
+Viralvideovfever IPHONE + ONEPLUS 2 = IPHONEPLUS 2
+ioiugio Can't take a joke?
+ioiugio Its a fucking joke ...
Consistently some of the best reviews.
Great review, seriously.
miss the old moto 💔
Amazing review Marques, I hit the like button before the video starts
Lol this thing is $792 in Australia off contract :'(
+Arianna Park thats why you order off amazon?
lachlan bray But shipping will probably cost a tonne (esp to somewhere as remote as Aus) and with the exchange rate it'd be even worse + I'd have to wait ages. If I lived near America than yah sure
Hey there I have a suggestion there is something called as shop&ship which is operated by aramex they give you a physical address for 18 countries including us! I bought the one plus one for 350$ and shipped it to oman for just 30$ extra there service is pretty good
IPhone 6 64 gb in India costs 1000$ .
I wonder how much iPhone 6S plus 128 gb would cost ?
Maybe 2000$ lol
$1080 in Argentina.... and our basic salary is a lot lower
The best looking smartphone ever
This informative in depth review inspired me to buy my all time favorite daily driver to date!
all time favourite phone... and i never even owned it
Amazing video! Who is here in 2021 bitchs!!!!!
New subscriber. High quality and in-depth reviews Marques! I own this phone and I agree with your opinions. Keep up the great work!
Not sure if I should buy this or moto x4
Carlo X I hope you got the pure. 4x stinks.
Moto X Pure vs. Nexus 6. Which is the best buy?
+Jaret C No you're wrong. Camera is bounds better on the moto, physical customisation, newer chipset, moto software. I would definitely get the moto over the nexus at the moment.
The Pure is pretty much an upgrade over the 6. (although the upgrade isn't that significant though)
+Micah “Organ Donor” Murray The real comparison will be the new Nexus 6P coming out this year vs the Moto X Pure.
You're killin it dude!
hehe Casey's video.
subbed because casey nesiat
XD that's not a good reason 😂
+My Channel too bad
+Brian Wilk I don't get it, I know Casey Nesitat... but what's the connection here ? can you please explain ? :)
+Sagar Khanapurkar MKBHD used a vlog to show off the phone's screen in the video.
If I'm not wrong.. Was that from the vlog "iPhone 4k video" ?
Got my Moto X Pure a few days ago and I have no regrets ☺
Does this phone have a gyroscope and / or compass? (Pokemon Go, ya feel me?)
***** Haha that's great. My phone is pretty old now so I don't feel as guilty. I also don't have the willpower to drop 500 on a phone, so this one is good enough for me. It seems to be the best phone in its price range
AntoniYOwned Yes.
Thanks. I actually ended up getting this phone. It's amazing
AntoniYOwned Yep it is. But after months of use, there are flaws. Still a great phone.
Yeah, I've been using this for months as well. Great phone, just the poor battery isn't great. Especially in combo with a smartwatch
I love motooooooooo
FOLLOW THE DREAm :D loved it but not now due to Lenovo
You made such great videos.. look at you now Marques...
Should I get this phone or the OnePlus One, Note 4, Nexus 6, LG G3 or G4, or HTC one M8
I got nexus 6 and am really happy, its also really cheap on amazon
+Christian Trafford Show me the amazon link!
I think oneplus One is the fastest with cm12.1, also best battery life, but the LG g4 destroys the others...
I also just bought the nexus 6 on amazon for a great price. I've only had it since yesterday but so far it's great
+Icarus975 I bought the Moto x Pure. I've had it since Sept 9th and I love it. Everything in it is fantastic. Battery, Screen, Size, Camera, Sofware. Everything. I even use the Moto Voice and actions all the time.
it's funny how I'm watching this on a moto x pure
Same here ❤
same
I'm thinking of getting this, could you tell me the Pros and Cons of it?
jamlabs probably the only cons are that it's big (its a pro for me but it depends) and...
I got this phone for $299.99 at best buy and I don't think that I could have gotten a better phone anywhere near that or even under the $500 mark.
whos watching in 3560!
Watching On My New Moto G4 Plus!!😊😊
PriyanshuMaurz I was gonna get that, but I ended up getting the Moto X Refurbished for $215 so I'm happy
Hey Marques! Heard to believe that in the US it's only 400 dollars! Here in the UK it's 50% more! from just over 600 dollars! I'm still enjoying the first Moto X...
Lenovo ruined Moto.
Lenovo ruined IBM.
@@megatronskneecap *Thinkpads man.
@@distortion1582 Same shit
Make an Amoled vs IPS: Explained! video.
It's really too bad they don't have a near stock custom phone now. So clean and wonderful. Now we only really have OnePlus that's anywhere near similar.
This or OnePlus 2?
You must definitely buy the Moto X..!
I need help on this too!!!!
+Rory Lennon OP2! If you don't use NFC you will not regret it. I'm not :)
Probs oneplus 2 because u are getting basically the same thing for nearly $100 cheaper. And it has a fingerprint scanner !!
It's not nearly 100 cheaper...
CASEY!!!
watching this while still rocking a first gen motoX! can't see any reason to get something else. it still works great for me.
MKB360P
+Techiseverything so early
what is the name of the song at 0:12?
DoWII FiSH song is GOT THAT FEELING by DJKB ! sorry for late reply of 1 year but just saw your question and shazamed it as was curious myself lol!
You've done a great job MKBHD. Just love all your videos. But what I think would be awesome is if you start reviewing laptops as well.... Still a big fan though...
What the shit lenovo is doing with moto shit design ruined motorola
Hey MKBHD one request for your videos when you review phones is if you could start reviewing call quality as well. I find it very displeasing that cell phone makers can jam pack our phones with all this technology, but I (or the person I am talking to) can still have problems with conversations when talking on the phone
I'm a proud owner of a Motorola moto x pure edition! Really satisfied ! Above my expectations
I loved how he compared the moto x pure to another phone that is very similar to it at the end. very helpful with that comparison
nice video. just smashed my apple and bought this phone so its good to hear all the good things you had to say
best decision I ever made in a smart phone to date.
How is the SOT and standby time??? ... All i need is good battery life for this ... I realy love design of it
I'd give you a compliment on your video, but the 6.1million subscribers is rather proof you do a good, possibly very great job.
