I'm glad that they have recognized that the track needs help and are willing to fix it. Hopefully, they can make this into a fun, exciting track that doesn't eat up equipment.

Or maybe they could return to building race cars that can make it through a "West Capitol" night? They would, of course, weigh more and thus be a bit slower, and getting rid of "humper tires" would help (and reduce cost requirements). But at least they wouldn't need dirt tracks to be groomed to the point of almost being wet pavement... or Clovis, part deux.

Look at the tracks in dirt racing... Hanford, Cottage Grove, Placerville, not to mention the truly great ones, not all are great tracks, even the mini gold cup had its problems too but not like this. C'mon. I felt embarrased for them in stockton. but nothing a water truck, Grator, and some expertice wont fix. Paperclips arent bad idea but the turns are very speacial, look at pictures of the old Tulsa Speedway, was a very fast paperclip, Great racing!
