Decide on your Niche

Here’s the reality - to sell from a position of authority - you have to determine what kind of authority you can - and should - be.
@Drew McLellan, CEO of Agency Management Institute, joined me on the podcast and shared why you must decide on your niche - and - where you want to focus and double down for the next decade of your life.
But - it doesn’t stop there.
Once you’ve found your niche - you also have to figure out how you're different from all the other people who share that same position of authority.
And candidly - if you don’t then talk about your authority and own it - you can't expect others to recognize it either.
