Rather than buy an existing park, what about in certain rural areas being able to just buy land and create a new park?

@@DebtFreeDoctorJeffAnzalone Hi Dr. At the moment, I'm focused on running my own park. In a few years, syndication will make sense because it's more hands-off.
I hope you’re not one of those investors who plans on fleecing the hapless tenants with burgeoning rent. I’ve seen a lot of awful reports on here.
