great video! what are usual post-treatment advice for patients after having an adjustment?

Usual advise is: take it steady for 10-15 minutes. Gentle walk if possible before you drive. If you exercise regularly, go down to 40% for a few days. If, and this is usually only in the first 1-3 sessions, you are sore use an ice pack. 10 mins on, 10 mins off 3 times. We hope that helps. 👍😃
