Sundayman - LFOs In The Rain

"The CS70M Sessions" is the title of the 6th solo album by composer
and electronic music producer Kyriakos Moustakas (aka Sundayman).
The project is a tribute to Sundayman’s favourite analog synthesizer, the CS70M, which is the last model of Yamaha's legendary CS series.
All recordings took place in the composer’s home studio, from January to July 2024using exclusively the CS70M without the intervention of any MIDI retrofit kit. A few tracks feature some drum machines and backing vocals.
Most compositions are improvisational experiments through looper pedals
or with the use of the nearly primitive sequencer of CS70M.
Through the project, Sundayman shares with analog synth enthusiasts and particularly fans of the unique organic sound of Yamaha’s CS synths, his love for the particular musical instrument. He also shares his passion for sound design, live improvisation, and his sensitivity expressed through the cinematic direction of his music.
The album will be released on digital format only, on all music platforms.
