Few Technical details - 1. 00:47 b+1+2 This move is always launch punishable -15 even with heat 2. Red clones when done in combos can regen heat meter 3. 01:00 qcf3, game says there is power up heat but I was not able to find anything, do you guys think they are referring to heat regen?
They did an amazing job with Raven. What a remake!! He's basically a brand new character. This is by far the coolest ninja in fighting games. Sorry, Ryu Hayabusa 😅. He's not even broken. Risk/reward, but 1000× better.
Definitely not a big threat or unfair character but he is really fun to mess with, has a nice glow up gameplay and design wise thanks to the transition to the new engine, and can become dangerous if used properly by pro M.Raven players for sure. Ireally hope my boy Lee gets this much attention to his gameplay on T8

I was thinking the same thing! Why's he copying Noob Saibot? Sure, it's cooler than his previous fighting style, but now he's hardly the same character anymore.
I don't see anyone said it before but raven's clone are special mid and if you block them while crouching You will still block on standing position but it's -16 instead of -14
He's not top tier I'll give you that. His clones without heat are unsafe and characters like Lili, Paul, and King make it difficult to win. One jab from any of them and big damage follows.
Unpopular opinion but I really miss the MR toolkit. The moves are still there, but the tracking and frames got nerfed so bad 😅. Still need to learn his new stuff but he feels like a downgrade imo

I'd say, with this alt costume yes. Otherwise Hayabusa has an edge over him on looks.
