Also, you can't forget the balance, you need strong arrancars to exist, otherwise, the balance won't be upheld, so it's smart to just send them back. - Uryu is still VERY proud of his Quincy Heritage and while he loves his friends, he's never once befriended a Hollow, it's important to understand the Hollows are the polar opposite of Quincy, they are Natural born enemies. He has 0 reason to help them especially when he clearly had the belief that Quincy we're involved which he was about to say before Urahara interrupted him in Ep.2. - To answer 19:15 Not all Quincy can do what Quilge did. Now Quincy can all absorb and dominate Reishi during Vollstanding, but the technique that Quilge used is called "Sklaverei" which is an amped version of Reishi Domination, that's why it can do things like absorb complete spiritual beings. - Quincy's antagonism against Hollows is stronger than some understand. Gotta remember that Quincy are still human and because they're humans with very high levels of spiritual pressure they're primary targets for Hollow Food. So for Hundreds of Years, they had to deal with being the Main dish for Hollows...Then imagine someone coming along and telling you to Stop. (Side note. This part of the story is meant to make us ask more questions, Why would Quincy keep killing Hollows if it'd lead to the destruction of the world? Well, you should be asking: A. Is the Balance concept a "fact", we've only ever been told it by Shinigami. B. If the Balance concept is true did Quincy believe it? C. Do Quincy just want to cause this level of worldly destruction? D. Do they have a plan or cause that we simply don't know? - Just a sidenote but don't forget that Uryu's Father is a Quincy as well, and a seemingly VERY strong one at that.
Well going back to the Soul Society, Urahara needed to "convert" them first so they could enter Soul Society, same applis to Hueco Mundo, so they are in fact right now made out of Reiishi. Iirc in the Manga we got reminded of that fact but here it was skipped.
Quincy are native to the living world and don’t use their own energy like a hollow or a soul reaper. They get their power from the energy the absorb, hueco mundo is nothing but energy. They charged up in hueco mundo and got op that way
Not really. *Quincy do have their own reiryoku.* They manipulate the reishi in the environment by using that reiryoku (some abilities don't even use reishi at all, just reiryoku) . In hueco mundo everything is made out of reishi (including Chad and Orihime), but it's not the same as absorbing the reiryoku (spiritual energy) out of someone (like Yumichika does with his shikai). Reishi isn't really energy, it's just spiritual matter

The main problem with the last arc is some of these Quincies are so hax that Ichigo is absolutely helpless against a lot of them.
