faithoffaith i don't pay attention to the royals and was there by chance (coz she gave birth). i made my comment based on what americans usually do - memorize the speech by heart. she acted as if she's reading from it the first time or at least she'snever rehearsed. she's reading each line in her head first before saying it and thus the long pauses. do the queen and the other royals read off the paper the way she did? like i said, i dont' follow them so this is a genuine question.
