I know this guy he is from my village and actually as he said he was a Star in the village and the teacher he so proudly talked of who motivated him to learn is actually my mother..
Yes I moved abroad from Botswana My country .My life came to stop for 16 years. I was a laughing stock. No house no nothing. Till God said enough. Now , unbelievable. He pushed me up that everyone around me is lost for words. Everyone was making fun of me. I was a mockery. But trust me God does things at his time.
All God's answers are blessings for those who love him. He remains faithful and all he does for us IS called love. If he Say no, if he answers by silent ,if he pospond and let you fille ashamed, he IS working on your hear, teaching you courage, humility, maturity, patience, intelligence, Thanksgiving, perseverance with Hope; ...Eh uyu Mungu wetu anabaki mwema.
"all my land will be shared equally to all my kids, but education is a personal inheritance that cannot be shared with anyone"This should be a motivating quote to everyone, nothing can beat education
Mr. Kiragu- my old friend whom I met in Botswana. Thank you for highlighting our struggles in Gaborone. They called us Makwerekwere. Here we are today.
I needed to hear this, Last Friday, on 2nd, my visa request was denied. These past 3 days I have been asking why God wouldn't do this while I had fasted and prayed. I had even decided to stop praying . Not just that 2024 has been filled with "NOs" for me . I will just continue to pray , keep on hoping, and have faith in my dreams and God. I will be watching this again and again .Thank you, Philip & Lynn .
Oh wow I thought it was only me I haven’t been denied a visa but this year was full of noooosssssss anyways I’m not shaken what is for you will reach you what is not for you will pass
God answered me, but He was laying a foundation for me to get there as a different person.. This right here 👏 🙌 👌 I shed tears at 1 or 2 moments.. man, being told your own story by a stranger.. but See what the Lord has done hallelujah 🙌 🙏 God is real 🙏 🙌 I appreciate this interview Lynn❤🙏
Am so inspired by Philip, very humble man,God allowed him to go through tough times, because God had good plans for him, now he is a Testimony. God timing is best, Having faith in God is crucial. Am very encouraged, that God has good plans for me, no matter the season. Thank Lynn 🎉
Wow. Guka. The first person i came to know as the most learned, a university graduate, we used to innocently call him Phillip, as kids. My mum to date got her nickname "Wamburù", from his dad. God is Faithful, listening to this now when am grown, out very own.
This man's story is so inspiring. I totally agree with all he has said. Faith in God is the corner stone of life. Humility is the best way to live life. I love what he says without clothes titles cars and all we are all just the same. God bless him and his family Lynn I love you❤❤❤
Just watched this na that part of cows poop has made me laugh my ribs are aching 😂 Anyway the problems people in diaspora face can only be understood by someone who's been there. I thank God He got elevated and now he's inspiring many.
“Look Mama I made it “👏🏾💛🎉 Life is a journey, full of troughs and crests - you just have to keep going! Thank you Philip for sharing your story! So raw, so vulnerable, so beautiful Keep hope alive! Stay in faith! Glory to God 🙌🏾
Great and inspirational talk. Philip is a friend and mentor. We have a story to tell. Similar pathway same village, same primary school, same secondary school different campus but similar success story. Amazing. Kudos bro.
May Australia be my story some day too . Dear LNN A very big thank you for always sharing these inspirational stories. If possible please share with us if there be any trusted agencies that could help people wanting to move to Australia.
“If you’re in charge you have to be in charge otherwise you don’t have to blame anyone”and if you’re given authority it is your responsibility to convert that authority into power and make sure that you live no doubt who is in charge “
God hear my prayer today I pray to heal my childhood trauma and God help me to avoid ego and desires I know when it is right time you will make it happen ,my heart desire is to avoid anxiety
This is guy is so humble and he has been blessed with a woman and mother of his kids friend and soul mate. May God bless your heart and may you continue to spread the good news of God’s grace. Jeremiah’s 29:11 is your inspiration mine at the time I was in Kenya was psalm 30:5 and still is Hospice anger lasts for a moment and his FAVOUR a lifetime; Weeping may endure for a night, but joy will come in the morning.
Thank you for encouraging me I was given a Canadian ban 5yrs from now I don't know what to do. but all I know is God is there and he has a good plan for me😢😢
A very humble man. I am inspired. I too believe that one must have faith and trust in God and I believe that God does favour your prayers in His own time. He will never turn His back on you. Please pray for me Phillip and Lynn. This is my most inspiring one that I have watched so far. May God bless Phillip and his family and you and your team Lynn.
The denial was a stepping stone to where he is today Pain is progress, never give up and look around because in every top of a mountain there's always a way❤
Hi, as I listen to him what I was looking for is his smile to say that the joy of overcoming shows. Man is different I know but God makes the difference in our journey in who we are now, happy that he has got over his experience of pain. Just smile some more of God Faithfulness to you sir and yes family matters and as you shared your story God will continue to bless you ❤️
This blog has made my day 😂😂😂😂 It reminds me of my adventures and clownish experiences had in my early immigrant years in Europe- can fully relate to his story 🙏🏿
Phillip’s story is very inspirational and I’m humbled by his humility even with all the accolades he has, surely God can turn our ashes into beauty. Hope one day to meet him when I travel to Australia for my Masters ( my wish) at least I won’t get lost ...watching from Uganda. Thank you so much Lynn for the stories wisely interviewed. Asante sana
Even me too I can testify that prayer is powerful than anything in this world.God always answers prayers and he love us all because we are his creatures and he can't allow us to suffer and always happy when we live a happier life.
I was also denied Netherland visa twice and now living a good life in Australia. I came here two years ago and I’m so grateful to Allah for the blessings.
Pole for the tough times, which always seem last forever. I'm so glad that all your struggles catapulted you to greater levels. There was no need for the NZ farmer to be so abusive and rude to you. If he had provided the necessary training, you'd have done an excellent job. But, that was a blessing in itself, coz you quit and every new job you took on was an elevation. Thanks for not giving up, you've inspired many through your story.
Very very inspirational. Philip is a very honest man and he has said it as it is. If most people abroad are honest, they can tell you of the culture shock they faced and how difficult it was to fit in. I live abroad and l know how l struggled to understand certain things because we didn't have them in Kenya. I agree with Philip that some of our brothers and sisters abroad are, unfortunately, very cruel to their fellow Kenyans when they arrive with their ushamba. They forget that one day, they also arrived with their ushamba. May the good Lord have mercy on us. I thank God for Philip's success after enduring all the pain and humiliation. Yes, God was still there taking you through the fire to come out as pure gold. There you are now. Good interview Lynn, umecheka sana, hata mimi. Many lessons to be learnt from Philip's experiences and thank you Philip and Lynn.
Very inspirational story, Mr Philip kamau, you are smart and blessed. Watching you from Tacoma, Washington. Reminds me how life was when I came to this great nation. Never give up!

Beautiful, encouraging, inspiring and powerful story. I am sure it has touched the hearts of many. Phillip you are a good example of God’s love and humility. May the Lord continue to bless the work of your hands and mind. You are a blessing to society. Asante 🙏🏽
Hi Lynn and Philip. May ADONAI bless you for reaching out to many, this time and age with a powerful word of encouragement. How I wish your message can reach many Kenyans if not all. I have been motivated and encouraged. I have been reminded of keep on keeping on in matters faith. Glory and HALLELU YAH!

Study nursing...we are always looking for nurses..at the moment Australia has a deal with India to bring 300 thousand qualified indians to fill jobs..I think that is yearly..
I have faith in God and i believe that prayers, faith, and patience and humility are the vehicle that will take you to God's mercy, compassion, grace and deliverance, because The Lord my God had said "by the sweat of a man's brow he shall eat bread" that is a promise that God gave to man, He will never go back on His word. Pray for what you want, talk with and to God and He will deliver to you your goods, when He thinks the time is right for you, in other words, He delivers in His own time. Thank You Lord for your blessings on me.Phillip you are a blessing to the world because everyone can learn or take away something from your experience. This was an excellent lecture from the room of experience facilitated by you Lynn Ngugi and your wonderful family. I was glued to my seat. May God bless you all. Amen

Thank you Phillip for sharing your story, we are witnesses of part of those milestones. God is good ALL the time. You are an evangelist and authentic charismatic being. You are very generous, I remember the Nyama chomas and vegetables in Takanini Auckland.

Time is ours; not God's!! God is timeless- never late, always on time and it is always beautiful.
I keep hope alive when I hear these stories, not giving up. God was training you and pruning you to be a better steward of all the resources and gifts He has given us.
My greatest lesson today is,God has greater and amazing things for all of us,let not your current situation define your future .
Lesson learned from the story God is not limited ,work, patience and determination, apply the fruits of the holy spirit ,heal trauma
Thank you Philip for your testimony, God is our father and patience is key . Thank you Abba father for this testimony
Omg this man is speaking my language. I am from west Africa French and we can't even paint our houses. We need polytechnic schools. Not a degree in English literature history unbelievable Unbelievable. All of Africa has been miseducated studying Macbeth or Shakespeare....l have been crying about this. That is the Chinese supply us even toothpastes and toothbrush.....omg...we need this information to all african countries....

We can literally build our own things we have all the resources but 😢 our educational system is stagnant.

Such a rich experience and a very humble man.May God continue to bless you.
Weh! I have laughed, cried and truly I am inspired!
Quite a timely message, keep pushing forward, believe and trust, all in God's timing 🙏
This is an amazing story. The humbleness. God is Good. All things work for good for those who Love God.
Thank you Phillip for sharing your story, we are witnesses of part of those milestones. God is good ALL the time. You are an evangelist and authentic charismatic being. You are very generous, I remember the Nyama chomas and vegetables in Takanini Auckland.
