Philip Monroe. How Does Our Faith Help Us Heal from Trauma: Opportunities and Challenges - 2 | EEIT

Dr Philip Monroe is the Director of Trauma Healing Institute at American Bible Society and the Owner of a local Christian Counseling center Langberg, Monroe & Associates. He is a psychologist and therapist for the past 35 years with clinical experience spanning diverse settings: outpatient private practice, church-based, residential, jail, and community mental health.
He was an Adjunct Professor of counseling at Missio Seminary missio.edu/, and prior to that, he was the Chair of their Graduate School of Counseling for 18 years. One of his projects was to create the Global Trauma Recovery Institute to train those interested in facilitating trauma recovery in cultures outside their own.
Dr Philip Monroe has led three trainings for pastors and church leaders in Ukraine since June 2022.
