The name decadent society might be hinting the AU actually is supposed to reference 2020 itself considering society is decaying due to the COVID virus. This is a very interesting song

Not gonna lie, this sounds pretty neato.
1st off, Decandent Society is a pretty cool name, and the music is just awesome.
2nd, the music sounds like the fight takes place in a fallen world, and gives that edgy mysterious feeling too.
I'm enjoying the sound of the song so much right now.
yeah, its supposed to sound very similar to swapfell's "dessension" too! since Decandent Society is supposed to be like swapswapfell! :)
@@caetacothetaco4635the legacy version was meant to be Underfell in the style of Swapfell, but as of right now that is changed, and is canonically its own AU now. Swapswapfell is something entirely different, it is NOT Decadent Society

This is one of my favorite Megalovanias because I love Dissension, too, and instead of just using Theovania as its base like SwapSwapFell, this actually has a unique melody (don't get me wrong, I also like Theovania, just I like that this has a unique leitmotif). I also like this because it has a very final boss feel to it, which is something I feel like a lot of other Megalovanias are missing.
Tbh, it feels like more of a final boss theme even than Dissension. Dissension does sound like a late game boss theme, but Sentence really captures the finalbossitude a Megalovania should have

If anyone thinks that this is Fellswapfell read this. The creator said that this is Underfell with the vibe of Swapfell,
BUT ITS NOT FELLSWAPFELL, SWAPFELLSWAP, OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. The reason may be that Fellswapfell or somthing like that doesnt sound very originally/creative and he want his AU to be cool and creative.

Swapswapfell, huh? Dissension was always one of my favorite themes, and hearing something like it is music to my ears. Literally.
Decadent Society is its own thing. Its not Swapswapfell. Its more of Sans but the purple versions of Underfell. Thats why it sounds like dissension.

Ok so, Decadent society sans is based on swapfell papyrus, essentially a swapped version. However, it has evolved over time in its originality and is generally not considered swapswapfell

I think it's Fellswapswap instead of Swapswapfell or Fellfellswap. After all, Fellswap and Swapfell are two completely different AUs. I know they sound similar but they aren't. Swapfell is the Swap version of Underfell and Fellswap is the Underfell version of Swap. Fellswap is the AU where Papyrus wears a Purple hoodie and Sans has a Purple scarf instead of a Blue one, Swapfell is the AU where Papyrus wears a Black hoodie and Sans has a Red scarf instead of a Blue one and Swapswap is the AU where Papyrus is in Swap Sans' battle armor and wears his Blue scarf and has his personality and Sans is in Swap Papyrus' Orange hoodie and has his personality, so it makes sense to call it Fellswapswap because Fellswap is well, what I mentioned before and Swapswap I've also already mentioned, so it makes sense that Decadent society Sans is in Fellswap papyrus' hoodie.
