    Gonna keep driving the engagement for ya, Terry! On a different discussion, I realized another point to keep in mind with the complainers/haters/trolls/whatever... Not even counting the "professional complainers" that go out of their way to be negative online, the majority of noise you hear about any product - toys, clothes, music, movies, food, whatever - comes from people that aren't happy, whether with legitimate complaints or not.
    People that enjoy a product - unless they're truly blown away by it - rarely talk about it. You don't see people talking stuff that meets their expectations (which should be the goal; everything doesn't have to be "above and beyond"). I hope that companies, like Sideshow and Hot Toys, remember that when they're seeing big walls of traffic complaining about this or that, there are far more people that got the product, put it on display (or wore the shirt or ate the chips or watched the show), smiled, and went about their day.
    Unfortunately, the lessons that have been taken away from internet social interactions is that the "squeaky wheel gets the grease." Complainers get views, they get responses from companies, they get interactions. Rewarding negativity while ignoring the "happy invisible majority" is sadly the currently state of customer interactions. But if companies ignore the complaints, that doesn't work, either. It's a self-perpetuating loop of negatively.

    Get all them shiny boys in some funky dance poses and put a spinning, rainbow colored disco ball over them. Killer display.

      The more I think about this idea, the more I love it. Maybe in the bar that I eventually build in my basement.
