Good day sir, we have installed a koha server in our school library and we already migrated from our old library system to Koha. However, we have encountered an error in all items that are labeled as "Item Available For Loan" has an error 500. But in all collections that are labeled as "No item available" are find. Please help us. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Apologies for a late response. I think run zebra rebuild full may resolve the problem and restart memcache sudo systemctl restart memcached sudo koha-rebuild-zebra -f -v -b -r -d library
i am facing a problem after restoring the old backup on new koha 22. I can login with the old db admin but when i am clicking on any link inside that it log out and again i have to login than if i click on any thing its log me out again
Usually, the old .sql database of Koha is not restored to the new version database. This creates a number of problems, instead, you can upload the .mrc records for library holdings and patrons' data as a csv in the new version of Koha. Dear sir, I installed 21 version of koha and dumped the old koha backup. after rebuilding zebra. it led me to the webinstaller again to setup new parameter..the problem is im unable to login with the same password and user ID. Please guide me what should be done. thank you

I was using Koha 17.05 I could not find the part to export patrons but I could list all of them.
