  • You probably know her best as Jennifer Hart on the hit TV series Heart to Heart. However, Powers is an actor of both stage and screen, receiving Emmy and golden globe nominees. She has been linked to such matinee idols as Robert Wagner and William Holden. In addition to her public life, Powers works tirelessly in support of Wildlife preservation. On this episode of "InnerVIEWS with Ernie Manouse," our conversation with American actress, Stefanie Powers.

      Her comment is a year old, but “Lori miller” enjoys slandering her supposed “role model.”
      “Lori” refuses to understand that women and men can be great friends but not sleep together.
      She refuses to accept that women and men can love each other, but not be IN LOVE with each other.
      While stef and bill were estranged from his being an alcoholic at the time of his death, in the decades since, she has said, bill was her “soulmate, the love of my life.”

    This was quite an enjoyable interview and I am impressed with how humble she seems and honest in her answers. It's interesting that Robert Wagner insisted on her playing the role in Hart to Hart because the Press reports that they never got along and they despised each other after the show got it's footing. Well let me correct that apparently I was wrong. It appears that they did get along and remain close friends. Maybe I'm confused and thinking of Rock Hudson and Susan St James in McMillan and wife that despised each other so

    • @robertandhollyscorpiofan2697
      @robertandhollyscorpiofan2697 Год назад +1

      Some people, passing themselves off as “hart to hart” fans, have speculated that Robert very much wanted to be in a romantic relationship with Stef, have *insisted* that they were intimately involved during “hart to hart,” choosing to ignore that all these years after Bill’s death, Stef refers to Bill as her “soulmate”, and have insisted that the reason Natalie Wood died was so that Robert could be with Stef.
      And all these years later, Robert has publicly been appreciative to Marion Marshall and Natalie for loving him and giving him the gift of daughters Katie and Courtney.
      Those folks have said that because Robert couldn’t be in a romantic relationship, that he “trashed” Stef in his book, “Pieces of my Hart.”
      Folks refuse to accept that a man and a woman can be GREAT friends (60+ years now!), love each other, but not be IN LOVE with each other.
      I don’t know about Rock Hudson and Susan St James, but it’s now known that he was gay, maybe she couldn’t deal with that? And he was angry because she couldn’t deal with his sexuality?
