    I’ve been craving butter chicken and this seems to easy to pass up! I will pick up everything I need tomorrow (I definitely need one of the ginger garlic grates. I’ve only seen them at craft shows and the like and don’t want to carry it around) this was a great video and I’m glad to be tuned in. Thanks for sharing!

      Be careful when you use it, but a ceramic grater is a wonderful tool.

    A good vegan option would be chick peas, which I prep from dried using the... instapot! Thanks for this recipe, I have been leaning on jar sauces, this is fantastic and will hit our table real soon.

      Chickpeas probably would be good. I may try that soon. Since filming I've done the roasted cauliflower and it was pretty nice. It gets such a great flavor when it's browned.

    Looks amazing, and I love that you included vegan options! I'll definitely be trying this recipe soon, maybe with some chickpeas that another commenter suggested too

      I can vouch for the roasted cauliflower version that is pretty dang good. Haven't tried the chickpea take.

    Well now I definetly want to make this. I'm scared of that ginger grater though!
