Wow! How exciting! I feel nervous for Luke he doesn’t even seem phased by it at all. I love the car it’s very Buzz Lightyear inspired 😍 Scott’s dad was a pro motorbike racer back in the day. He told me stories of how him & his dad used to camp out in the back of an old van with the bike at Donnington & Brands Hatch & literally freeze their cojones off 🤣 Scott went to see his brother race at Brands Hatch said he never felt so cold 🥶 literally came back blue! Well done Luke, proper job 👌🏻 Proud dad moment no doubt! 🖤
I was blummin' freezing in Donnington! 🥶🤣 At least we didn't have to kip in the car though...that must have been rough and has obviously left huge mental scars if he can still remember it so vividly! Luke, this was great to watch and I hope it isn't too long before you get a chance to get behind the wheel once again. In a previous life I was lucky enough to work with a load of top sportsmen and women and, almost without exception, they were driven and committed beyond belief. But, the best ones also don't take themselves too seriously and they know when to relax and enjoy life, so I reckon your attitude will take you far. Best of luck and we'll be watching your progress with interest. Any chance of Cheers Ears branding on the car? 😛 Gareth

Yep - he did so well. It's a bit scary watching him take corners at over 100 mph but he appears to know what he's doing!!! 🤣
MX-5 are brilliant cars to race in, they keep you working, hopefully there will be some racing later in the year.
