AU where Asgore uses just one human soul to go to the surface, only to find himself in a post-flash wasteland. He then has to journey the lands to kill the most powerful humans for their souls (similar to Buddy in Joyful). Along the way his sanity and his faith in humanity slowly drains, up until he realizes his last two humans are Rando and Buddy, he then has one final epic battle with Rando's army and then Rando himself, only to then come across Buddy and realize that he just can't kill another child, and proceeds to break down into tears. Roll credits.
