- Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, son of the late Libyan ruler Muammar Gaddafi, registered to run in the country’s presidential polls.
The move has caused mixed reactions in Libya, where the 49-year-old is accused of committing crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Court.
