Thanks for checking out Hot Issue! They are fantastic! Hot Issue is a very fun group to get into and they are extremely talented. Dana and Hyeongshin helped write/compose some bsides on their debut mini album. Hide in the Dark is my favorite but every bside is great! There are choreo videos for Dunga Dunga and Hot Candy. They have done alot of covers. Predebut they did a vocal cover each on their own channel. From the start they have worked with 1TheK alot. While they don't have official roles and everyone is everything. Yebin, Mayna and Hyeongshin I would consider as the best dancers. On 1TheK there are alot of dance covers with those 3 in it. Dana did a vocal medley for Halloween and they have done a music circle which is definitely worth checking out. As their name is Hot Issue they obviously did a relay dance of 4Minute's Hot Issue. Luckily while they are from a smaller company their content is usually well subbed so plenty of content to explore!

Before Hot Issue debuted there was a ton of promo for them and I was like "Who dis?" so I decided to check them out. Their debut title track is a bop and their EP, Issue Maker, is one of my favorites of 2021. Icons is a great song for a first comeback and I already want more from them. I love how great releases from small companies are these days.
I wish I had seen the promos for them pre-debut but I’m still just as impressed now! I’m definitely going to try to keep up with comebacks from them because I agree - I love to see smaller companies put out amazing groups and give them love for that!!
This song is actually in my top 5 for song of the year for my own tastes. It should of got way more attention. Another song in my top 5 that got little attention was Ghost by Dreamnote. I wish the smaller companies got a little more exposure. People miss out on song great songs sometimes.
I agree!! It’s harder for the smaller companies to gain that traction sometimes which is a shame when they have bangers like this!! I haven’t heard Ghost by Dreamnote but I’m going to put it on my list!
