I have had three. First with a 5 iron and my wife was with me. Second with a 3 wood by myself. Third with a 4 hybrid and my sion was with me! Nothing like a hole in one with the family watching!!
First off I enjoy your videos. I have had a hole-in-one. It was 154 yards part three obviously I had a seven iron and it ran about 6 yards into the hole. It was beautiful it was the most amazing feeling in my golfing experience.
Two times I might have had a hole in one except both times, someone never inserted the flag into the small hole in the bottom of the cup and the flag was leaning up to the front edge of the cup and deflected the ball slightly. Lovely course! Love these traveling videos.
You guys are hilarious. Your fortitude is amazing. No wonder I love watching your content. I can’t imagine playing for a week after that exercise in futility.
What a shot Bobby, I’m really glad it was you. Who gives a stuff about how many attempts it took I think it’s even more impressive to get it after 17 hour, overcoming fatigue exhaustion and ever changing weather conditions. Ripper shot, well done.
That was awesome 17 hours and 20 minutes. You guess wore that tee box out. It was right at the start it looked like a sand box towards the end. It was a fun watch as always. Keep making golf fun to watch.
Well done Bobby! I know it doesn't really count as a hole-in-one, but what a hole to do it on. Most beautiful golf course I have ever seen, it makes me want to go there.
I have two witnessed and SCGC certified. The first was in 2012 at Stoneridge Country Club (Poway, CA USA) hole No. 3, 186 yards with a 3 iron. The Second was in 2019 at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club (Solana Beach, CA USA) hole No. 17, 140 yards with a 9 iron.
First round at Stanley Golf Club in CT/USA after Covid shutdown on 6/24/20. 165 yds. Hit Cobra 3 hybrid. Bounced in front of green and rolled in! Hole had that foam insert during quarantine. Don't know how it stayed in. First one in 39 years. Not close since. Told the wife, when it's time, club and ball go in the box with me.
Lofoten is a dream. To play literally all day and night would be incredible. That, gentlemen, was crazy. The perseverance: I congratulate you. And Bobby: WAY TA GO MAN!
WTG, Bobby! I was actively rooting against James! Ha Ha. I once won a hole-in-one contest. No one got it in the hole, but my best shot was 18 inches away and was the closest. I got a consolation prize. My closest during a regular round was with a pitching wedge to within 2 feet on an executive golf course.
Never had a hole in one 😞 but I have hit the pin 3 times. Twice on the 6th at my local club with a pitching wedge. Once with a 6 iron on the 12th a Glen Abbey while on a golfing holiday in Canada.
I've had two "hole in ones"! West Fork Golf Club in Conroe, TX. Also, Panorama Golf Club in Panorama Village, TX. Also had an Albatross at West Fork on a Par 5.
3 years ago today. I didn't see it drop but the 2 others in my group did. They looked back at me and when I didn't react, they wondered if they had not seen it correctly. The bottom of the pin was below the ridge of the hill in front of us so all I saw a great ball flight and the top of the hop of the ball on the first bounce. Ball mark 2 feet in front of the hole and it went in on the first hop.
I can’t believe you guys told him his ace didn’t count. Lots of shots taken - which I know helps - but he hit from the tee box into the hole in one shot. THAT’S an ace! Bobby deserves better treatment! He hit lots of great shots. His game is lots better than mine!! Congrats Bobby! 🎉
Did you let Mr Finch play through or make him wait? 😂 good craic lads, but I don’t think I could be bothered standing there for 17 hours. Nice to meet you at Manchester Airport on route, looking forward to seeing your actual round
My only hole in one was at Fidra Links Archerfield. 8th hole - 6 iron. Next day was playing the Dirleton at Archerfield and lipped out on 13th for another hole in one with the same club
I had a hole in one at the players club Bristol. 165 yds, difficult slopping green, just past the hole and with the backspin, straight in. My mate signed my ball and I still have it ten years later😀🏌️
Pitch and put on Marketon park, 80 yards, thinned it, never went more than a foot from the ground trickled on the green, hit the flag stick and went in…. I just felt embarrassed to be honest …. Did hole an approach from about 150y one, that was my finest moment 😊
My one Hole-In-One came on the 17th hole at Regent Park Golf Club in Fort Mill, SC. Sadly the course was sold to a land developer for housing, so no longer exists.
I’ve been golfing for 30 years and I’ve never had a hole-in-one. One day, my friend brought his wife out to play with us for her first time. On the first par 3, she topped her ball and it rolled all the way onto the green, hit the flagstick and dropped in for a hole-in-one. I was happy for her but I was dying on the inside. 😂
My hole in one was at Wavendon Golf Centre (now closed). 143yrd Par 3, used 8 iron....walked up to the green trying to find the ball and was in the cup....wife and I couldn't believe it.
My brother-in-law and I were playing a better ball competition at Araslöv. At the par 3 second hole (our 14th hole) they had put four pins on the green and once you were on the green you could hole out at any pin you wanted. My brother-in-law pull hooked his tee short short and left, so I aimed at the middle of the green and hit the ball in the middle of the sweetspot of my five iron. Once my right shoulder pushed my head up I saw the ball about one yard to the right of on of the pins drawing ever so slightly towards the pin and spontaneously I said "that one with cream on top". As the ball dropped towards the green I lost it in the trees and then I heard one of the guys we were playing with say "did that one go in?". I was like "nah, long perhaps, but not in the hole". When we approached the green I went behind the green, but there was no ball there. I looked in the hole and there it was... However, since there were four pins on that green I don't count it as a real hole in one. It's the only time I've holed out from the tee in 35 years of golf. My brother-in-law has made three hole in ones, the first one landed short and rolled in, the second one carried past the pin and spun back into the the hole and his third hole in one carried straight into the hole...
I have 1 the second hole of the countryclub i worked at in college and 3 very near misses Craziest one was inside 2" on a drivable par 4(298 slightly uphill dog leg left)😢
No hole in one, but when playing with my brother and his friend, the friend put it on the lip of the hole, I put it 2 inches away and then my brother banded it off the tin roof of the club house
185 yards to an elevated green couldn't see the 🕳️. The top of the ⛳ barely visible. The ball bounced once and disappeared. I searched for ten minutes before checking the hole.
Bobbie deserved it. Where was the zoom? Nevertheless, you showed how difficult it is. Btw - it took about 1300 shots on a par 3 - normally only four chances in a round of golf (lasting about 4 hours) that’s one per hour. So, James, with 7, you must have played about 9100 hours or 2275 rounds of golf?
I've had 5 Hole in Ones ,,all in social or practice rounds and not in competitions, So therefore I've had none,,26 years of golf and still haven't had an Ace.
Inconsistency and all .. he was still the closest around the hole more often than not .. LOL! Way to go, BOBBY!!!
I have had three. First with a 5 iron and my wife was with me. Second with a 3 wood by myself. Third with a 4 hybrid and my sion was with me! Nothing like a hole in one with the family watching!!
As Roy castle said, dedication….and lovely tee discipline
Way to go, Bobby! You deserved it!
Chris’s voice whilst eating those skittles had me crying with laughter. 🤣😂🤣😂
First off I enjoy your videos. I have had a hole-in-one. It was 154 yards part three obviously I had a seven iron and it ran about 6 yards into the hole. It was beautiful it was the most amazing feeling in my golfing experience.
It took so long, you can’t even enjoy it!! Love it!
Two times I might have had a hole in one except both times, someone never inserted the flag into the small hole in the bottom of the cup and the flag was leaning up to the front edge of the cup and deflected the ball slightly. Lovely course! Love these traveling videos.

Cracking fun video to watch and what an effort you guy’s put in
Can’t believe nobody was on the zoom gutted, but well done for sticking it out, what a glorious hole it was tho
This was a hoot!!
Ha ha ha 😂 hole in a thousand funny one lads
14th Muswell Hill 8 iron still got the maxfli ball. Your right James awesome feeling . 1986
44 years of playing golf ,notta one hole in one but ive had a albatross on an opening par 5 , driver and a 4 iron, started 3 under, finished 3 under.
Same same, no ace one albatross
Well done Bobby,
I have 1 hole in one in my time golfing. 191 yards on 8 west at Links of Novi and used a 5 iron. It was during a golf outing and won a 2 year lease.
Well done Bobby..!!
Well done Bobby 🎉
Well done bob 👍🏻
That was nearly as frustrating watching as it must have been actually doing it !
Well done Bobby 10 out of 10 for perseverance
I’ve been very fortunate in my time playing I have five holes in one, very thrilled to have them!
Mate to have all those hole in ones on camera is absolutely priceless well done James great shots
Well done Bobby. Trouble is u 3 owe the green keepers a new tee box
Bobby saves the (next) day. Respect to Bobby
B O B B I E ... U R THE MAN!
Nice Bobby congrats!
I've only had 1 hole in one. It was on the 10th hole at Cleeve Hill golf course with a 6 iron. Around 180 yards down hill
Loving the Bobby
Lofoten is a dream. To play literally all day and night would be incredible. That, gentlemen, was crazy. The perseverance: I congratulate you. And Bobby: WAY TA GO MAN!

My only one came at the 18th hole of Willie the dinosaur putt putt lol. Great job Bobby.
I had my one and only hole in one a couple of weeks ago. Celebrating my 70th birthday with son, grandson and a friend. 150 yd 7 iron. Too neat!
Bobby is the only golfer to get a hole in 1 at 2:42 in the morning. Congrats, Bobby!
Onya Bobby well deserved! By far had the most chances out of all 3👍🏽🏌️
Never had a hole in one 😞 but I have hit the pin 3 times.
Twice on the 6th at my local club with a pitching wedge.
Once with a 6 iron on the 12th a Glen Abbey while on a golfing holiday in Canada.
Bobby did it!!
I've had 1. It was 154-155yds. Hit an 8i. Green sloped left to right. Landed on left, sat for a sec and started rolling and went in 🤩
I've had two "hole in ones"! West Fork Golf Club in Conroe, TX. Also, Panorama Golf Club in Panorama Village, TX. Also had an Albatross at West Fork on a Par 5.
That was madness! I would have stayed in the bar after the food 😛 Bobby has a good swing/good ball striker and deserved it after his attempts 💥🏌🏻
3 years ago today. I didn't see it drop but the 2 others in my group did. They looked back at me and when I didn't react, they wondered if they had not seen it correctly. My only Ace was on the 17th at Portal Premier (Cheshire). 155 yards, 8 iron. Playing with my best mate. Couldn't have been better
I've had 2 so far, one from 212 with a 4 hybrid, and 1 from 109 with a gap wedge
Did you let Mr Finch play through or make him wait? 😂 good craic lads, but I don’t think I could be bothered standing there for 17 hours. Nice to meet you at Manchester Airport on route, looking forward to seeing your actual round
My lone ace was at Langdon Farms in Wilsonville, Oregon. 178 yards with a 5 iron. Won a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
That poor tee box!😅
Never had a hole in one, but I made my first birdie today. I've got goosebumps all over.
Please tell Ohio to bring back the bananarama😊
My only hole in one was at Fidra Links Archerfield. 8th hole - 6 iron. Next day was playing the Dirleton at Archerfield and lipped out on 13th for another hole in one with the same club
Shows how hard it truly is.
I had a hole in one at the players club Bristol. 165 yds, difficult slopping green, just past the hole and with the backspin, straight in. My mate signed my ball and I still have it ten years later😀🏌️

I have had 1, 6 iron on a 145 yard hole at Seneca Golf Course in Louisville, KY. Hole number 8
I have had one. 157 yards, eight iron, playing against my local head pro.
8 for me - my most recent a 5 iron on captains day - 5 were on a par 3 course not sure fully count
That’s u and Peter finch both played this course recently. I wanna go!! 😂
Great video but I can't believe they didn't use a matt!
Yes, 2002, Hardlot Le Pins, 5th hole. Used an 8 iron, still got the Nike ball. Enjoy
Still have t gotten one myself but have come close few times and mister James thanks for getting addicted on seed golf balls
So far (13 mins )seems bobby needs to not be laughed at anymore…one flub a round and rest were right there for him
That poor tee box
And after bobby was the closest all day you dont zoom while hes hitting !?
I’ve been golfing for 30 years and I’ve never had a hole-in-one.
One day, my friend brought his wife out to play with us for her first time.
On the first par 3, she topped her ball and it rolled all the way onto the green, hit the flagstick and dropped in for a hole-in-one.
I was happy for her but I was dying on the inside.
😂
nice one Bobby - how are the backs after that???
Knackered
@@JamesRobinsonGolf not a surprise...
Bet those Greens are extremely Hard..
Bobby was consistently the closest, even if he did have the worst shots too
Hope the teebox is back in order. Imagine spending €250+ only to walk up to that.😅
Haven’t had one yet, been within 18” but still keep trying
My hole in one was at Wavendon Golf Centre (now closed). 143yrd Par 3, used 8 iron....walked up to the green trying to find the ball and was in the cup....wife and I couldn't believe it.
yes hole in one on the mini golf bognor regis on windmill hole with a putter
Just curious who fixed the tee box and repaired all those ball marks?
We did the ball marks each time and the course were planning on re doing the tee box. You happy with that?
VERY Happy! Why such a sharp response? Wouldn't you have asked that question?
Only because we addressed it in the video. But maybe you missed it 🎥👍🏼⛳️
U are correct, fast forward thru most. Little repetitive just watching y'all bang balls.
Only 1 on a par 3 course.
110yd, 2 ft past, spin and slope did the rest
Bobby!!!!
They're going to charge you for a new tee box if you keep this up.
I think if you put half a dozen holes on that green you might stand a chance 😂😂😂😂
My brother-in-law and I were playing a better ball competition at Araslöv. At the par 3 second hole (our 14th hole) they had put four pins on the green and once you were on the green you could hole out at any pin you wanted. 2 hole in ones Par 3 with 3 iron and a Par 4 with Driver
Was that a Guinness world record
15th hole at Newcastle United golf club 120yds gap wedge 👍
Bobby is the only one hitting quality shots...when he's not fatting it.
Should try and get the hole in 1 at alton towers
Back swing Bobby. 😂 Can’t believe they let you do that, half the box is gone and they are small as is on that course. 🤭
Bobbie deserved it. Where was the zoom? Nevertheless, you showed how difficult it is.

Never had one but have come within 2" 3 times...
I hope they were planning on re-sodding that tee box. There's nothing left but sand now, and bad memories....
couldn't pick a better hole for it
Played for over 40 years - no hole in one not even at pitch and putt.
3 holes in one 1 of which was on a windy day 160yds flag blow over the ball ran up the flag and in😊
It was one of the funniest….
The more tired you got the funnier it was. Now go and get Brahms……
I had one in a local tournament. It was 143 yards with A Ping Eye 2 BeCu 7 iron. I won $100 dollars. A lot of my friends were in my foursomes.
No never had a hole in one but had a 2 on a par 4 if that count s 😂lol
I've had 5 Hole in Ones ,,all in social or practice rounds and not in competitions, So therefore I've had none,,26 years of golf and still haven't had an Ace.
i have had 4 ..... i know .....not bad for a crap golfer x🤣🤣
