Many times the Internal qc fails due to various reasons. just listed common reasons with corrective actions.

Excellent explanation. Other points are testing qc material out too long to deteriorate. Uric acid is a dynamic type of analyte. Or the calibrator was made up without leaving big pipette tip in deionized H2O for few seconds and aspiration and dispensing angles. Slow pipetting and steady is key 🔑

Sir if water is contaminated all results must fail, why only glucose and amylase have failed.?

That example only Glucose and Cholesterol were calibrated before running the QC others were not calibrated. Thanks for watching.
