Don't worry too much my dude, my generation (we millennials) were absolutely in love with FoTNS, in many ways it was our JoJo. Talking about western fans here ofc, and obviously don't forget that anime was not anywhere near the popularity it has nowadays.
This finally exists, the perfect marriage of the old & new, and the best version of this awesome song has ever been. I have always wanted to listen to this song in this specific arrangement, literally for more than a decade. Thank you for making this.
I watched Fist of the North Star a year ago. I'm coming back to this video to say that this was actually the thing that got me to watch it. Just wanted to share that fact.
@@CoatedDesert921 Well, there's 2 singers from Crystal King. Monsieur Yoshizaki (Low vocals) Masayuki Tanaka (High vocals) But in the MOVIE ver. Monsieur is singing alone, because Crystal King is no longer a band.
Fist of The Northstar is the definitive trailblazer of Shonen or Seinen if you prefer. Before Dragon Ball came about, there was FOTN with the tragic violent hero Kenshiro as the protagonist. Wickedly cool manga, anime, and soundtrack still stands out and sets examples to this day!
Okay, this is definitely the best one I’ve heard. This is miles closer than any other mix. It barely has any mismatched drums or timing issues. There was one part at the beginning that was a little funky, but it only lasted about a second. I’d say the main issue is how quiet the solo is! Idk if that was intentional, but it sounds weirdly far away. Maybe layering the song an extra time there could fix that? Otherwise, this is a stellar job, and out of curiosity, did you try layering the movie vocals on top? Maybe we could get some Ai Wo UNITS Ver. up in here :D
@@tanapatyangkaew4649 Nah, I disagree. Literally everything else about this is gas, but keeping that one part from the movie would've made the beat drop WAAAYY more impactful if it was a different "you wa shock" from the rest.
Could you mixex dont lose ur way? and gekkiban tokkagata both from kill a kill? The dif is one has an acoustic part and chorus, the other is the original
It was never a woman, lol. The tenor/countertenor you always heard in the original was a male, the one and only Masayuki Tanaka from Crystal King. In his prime before the accident he could reach female soprano territories and had such a good unique tone that in certain parts he sounded similar to a woman.
50% movie version
50% TV version
100% awesome
*100% shindeiru
100% Hokuto Shinken
The art adds 1% more. So it is 101% awesome

So glad Masayuki Tanaka voice is used from the Original, i always love his part.
So sad that he lost his high pitch voice
This is the most epic song ever created hands down. Nothing is more empowering than those high notes.
How could you not be shocked

THE MANNNNLLYYYEEESSST MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNN
As people have said it before, this is the manliest love song ever made
you は shock
Heck yes. I love the movie instruments, but the tv vocals are more badass. It feels empty without the more high pitch too singer.
Fun fact: Its the same singer who could sing at a high vocal range

I read somewhere that the high singer from the band lost his vocal range because he got hit in the throat with a baseball bat
@@swoleshaggy937 it was a baseball, it got hit, and bounced off the ground into his throat. No party was at fault and it was accidental.
Kenshiro is the man who returned from the depths of hell to seek revenge
“Shin!! I have clawed myself out of hell!!!”
You are my HERO for making this. This is EXQUISITE. It's the best version of the song I've found.
in conclusion, my testosterone has reached a new level
This is freaking awesome! Perfect original vocal still hitting the high notes and the movie version music. Great work!!!

Now he is kenshiro
Kenshiro: You wa.. ahhh~
