Honestly? What's upsetting about the Switch, to me, is that it doesn't have a bluelight filter built in. Aside from the fact that VR has taken over my gaming, it's the main reason I don't use mine, not even for Pokemon Snap. I also use red film, for mine.

I go for the blue light glasses. I'm not sure how much they work, but I've noticed when I wear them my wife doesn't yell at me to put them on...so, there's that.
@@DrEyeGuy but if i try now,my good eye will be effected(i mean gaze loss)? 2)can i try this now? 3)and my last question -if this can't be recovered, will it effect my eye sight in future.In worst case scenario can i loose my whole eye sight for this...? Thank you very much

Good question, but it's unlikely at this point unfortunately. Patching and amblyopia treatment are most effective in younger years.
