The piece looks great, and the video was really well made. I learned about a couple tools.
With the knurling head, is there a risk of the knurled texture overlapping itself on the wrong part? It seems like that could happen at some diameters.

Thanks Bob! So there are perfect diameters for knurling tools to line up. With that being said you can kind of fake it till you make it by adding enough rotations and pressure so it kind of forms perfectly. So far in my tests the rope knurl is pretty forgiving compared to normal diamond knurling. Thanks for watching!
