Charles is really underrating his own performance. I was so captivated by that cave scene. Seen that scene probably 20 times on RUclips, now and can't get enough of the dance between these two actors. They both have so much grace and are very charismatic, which transports into the roles and makes certain movies so epic. And the faceup of these two is truly epic. This is what legends are made of, this is what genre fans want to see. Underworld, Dracula Untold, Blade or Highlander. The way Charles Dance is pronouncing certain words, and the tonality he uses, the eye and finger play make that master vampire so freaking charismatic. "Was it huuundrerdss". Haha and one already knows he is trapping him. What a showdown between them. There really has to be a Dracula Untold 2.
He is Caligula. I havent realized it before now and I have watched Dracula Untold many times now. The Cave that Vlad enters is the Cave of Caligula, since there is a connection between the roman emperor and Vlad.
British's are the greatest people to play villains in movies I swear their voices alone Charles Dance Tom Hiddleston Jeremy Irons Idris Elba goosebumps
“Let the games begin.”- last words of the vampire played by Charles Dance at the end of Dracula Untold *Game of thrones intro theme plays.* My reaction:So that’s why Harrenhal is his favourite place because it has a Dracula theme to it. No wonder Tyrion shot him in the heart with a crossbow . Guess Tyrion became a vampire hunter.
The man is in the movie for 5 minutes and everyone thinks he's wonderful because he did his job. One. Just one part (Tywin) and suddenly the dude is the greatest thespiam alive. Really. Sometimes I have to wonder.
I can listen to his voice all day! OMG
+Anna Apple So can I! In love with him....
This guy is an amazing actor❤
His role in this film is utterly marvelous!! I hope there's a sequel!!!
I keep thinking he'd,the Master, would be great as the Big Bad for the oft discussed Universal Monster mash-up.

Ohhhh totally!!!!!
Yes!!
He has a wonderful voice especially for voice overs. Great accent too
Charles Dance - what a man!!!!!!inteligente,calm...and this ROLLING STONES T-shirt...just wow!!!
He looks far better in a suit. That's what grown men wear.
Dance plays all these the grim, dour, intimidating characters. But appears so laid back and fun to be around when he's being interviewed.
There is just no better actor for this role than Charles Dance. Period!
much better than the original actor they chose for the role

A great actor. I loved his role.
Charles did an amazing job with the vampire character.. he needed to be in the film more than what was allowed..
I love Mr. Dance, EXCELLENT ACTOR..
fantastic actor....he was brilliant in this film.
Can you imagine, being in his shoes: falling asleep in the makeup tent as he is made up, then waking up to see yourself as a monster?!
Awesome actor! really enjoyed him in the movie The Golden Child.

Apparently they changed it
his reaction at 1:16 is omg!! priceless. love him
2:23 is it not? That tongue, I mean, Tywin is everywhere.
Charles dance could have been the thanos of the dark universe if they had done it right. His performance in this movie was awesome
Charles dance did a great job in dracula untold very scary vampire please be in a sequel
This movie is on my ' watch once a year' films. Dance's performance is always perfection.😄
Oh, and that voice🫠
He's the furthest thing in the world from any of the characters he plays!
And he's a Stones fan...
British's are the greatest people to play villains in movies I swear their voices alone Charles Dance Tom Hiddleston Jeremy Irons Idris Elba goosebumps
How exactly does Idris Elba sound like a villain?
I liked this interview it was straight to the point and great pace 👍🏽

2:51 That's a weird question to ask.
Makes a terrifying Dracula. First time I ever watched Charles Dance was in Last Action Hero, and Alien 3. Fantastic actor.
He wasn't Dracula. Vlad was.

Obviously, you are not familiar with his career as an actor, so that shows what you know.
