My car is honda integra da7, the chasis is obd1 and my swap is b18c2 with p72 JDM they both are obd2a. Where can i get a full set of wires for them with complete built of wires with no hassles? Thnak you so much.
I just wondering what year is your car because I'm about to do this into my 2000 Honda Civic but I don't see the correct plug that rywire has for them on there and I'm just kind of considering about how it's going to work
So my car has power but wont crank , start. Seems likeni didnt get enough ground. So i ground the alternator, starter and trans. When i turn the key, i lost all power. Not theres no power coming in.. i undid everything. Batterys new.. what could be the issue.
Hello, excellent video! I noticed that your alternator connector had gray orange and white cables. I have the same problem on my em1. My harness connector is oval just like yours. Could you tell me what the order of colors was to put the old oval connector on that color harness? gray orange and white?
So I have this harness but I’m using it he 4 pin alternator plug but it’s not charging my battery, but it worked fine with OEM harness, do I need 3 pin alternator and swap the plugs?? I have the same setup as you please help me if you can
Yeah looks like just the US models came with a 4 pin, from what I can see you're gonna need to get your hands on a 3 pin alternator (JDM/Uk/Aus) Hopefully this helps!
Hey bro I’m running Into the same problem with the alternator with the same harness what order did you put the wires in and did yours come with a vtec oil pressure switch sensor?
Assuming your colours are the same as mine on the harness, I went white/red to grey, black/yellow to orange and blue/white to white. If it's not the same just hold a multimeter to your battery terminals and try different combos of the wires until you see your battery run around 14.2 to 14.6 volts which will show that your battery is charging (with the car running). Unfortunately my engine has no vtec oil pressure switch and the harness didn't come with one either.
these 3 cables for the altenator can you make a video so I can get an idea? because I have exactly the same
I bought the main harness, thinking that’s all I needed, thank you for the help!!!
So those two wires on your sub harness where did they go?
Following !
the two wires on the green plug, where did it connect too? @junkyard

It's a 1999, the ecu plugs were obd1 which i used a conversion harness to an obd2a ecu

The extra harness with the 2 wires did you connect them or no i have this harness but ran into this issue
Same problem here what did you end up doing I know they have to do something with ac related from what I read
Is your car chassis obd1 and the engine and ecu obd2a?
Is that a ebay harness?
Ayo the iat is on the same loom as the injectors its meant for the obd1 sensor so you either gotta repin for the square one or use a obd1 version
Yeah did a bit of research and found out, have repined since 🤙
It’s easier to plug in harness before u put the motor in ,u won’t miss anything that way and easy to find ,good job

Hey man I went white/red to grey, black/yellow to orange and blue/white to white and that seemed to do the trick
@@JunkyardGarage0 thanks bro! I appreciate and how does the wiring work after installation? Today?
@@JunkyardGarage0 can u send the link for sub harness
Why is your power steering hoses so big compared to the civic SI?
Did that harness came with a plug for the power steering pressure switch?
Nah not this one, looks like most the "ebay spec" harnesses don't come with a plug

@@JunkyardGarage0 we have the exact same harness as mine didn’t come with one either
@@JunkyardGarage0 I’m gonna purchase one online and wire it individually to the ecu cause I’ve already ran it all
@@JunkyardGarage0been looking for this answer for a bit now, so I appreciate it
What ecu are you using
It's a obd2a ecu out of a ek4 I think its a P72
@ thank you
Where did u get the ecu adapter
Bought it from Elusive Racing
Do you have a link for the charge harness
it's a JDMYARD charge harness www.jdmyard.com/jdmyard-d-b-h-k-series-charge-harness
what are the odds of my car catching fire if i use this harness?
I haven't caught fire yet but I'll keep you updated...
