This guy had me in stitches. I really enjoy listening to sane conservatives. I feel like we could actually have a rational discussion with these types.

My goodness.
Giuliana didn't turn NYC around. The economy just got much better and he happened to by the mayor. He did do some good things ( I lived there at the time) . Cleaning up the subway was a really good thing. Otherwise I totally agree with this guy about him
