You just witnessed the greatest vocalist off all time. He’s from Kazakhstan, sings in 15 different languages, plays multiple musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in music. He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 6-8 octave range (depending on who you ask) has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble man. He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend “Sinful Passion “ 2018 next and then "Stranger" 2021. Believe it or not, he’s only gotten better. I am a stone cold rocker chick from the 60s/70s and never thought that when I heard this guy a couple months ago that I would be stunned, in awe, and smitten by his vocals and emotions and his way of delivery. IMHO he is the best singer in the world at this point.

The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I've been watching a LOT of Dimash reactions and performances for several years running now, and I can tell you right up front, not everything he sings is my type of music, either. The operative word, though, from a huge consensus of music professionals (of which I'm not one) all over the globe is that this voice is GENERATIONAL -- that is, there doesn't seem to be one like it on Earth but once a generation, and with my longtime love of all things best and excellent, I was self-sold immediately on the idea of jamming as much of this guy's singing into my headspace as I could manage in as little time as possible. It has been for me a massively educational experience -- not to mention immensely enjoyable -- but there is one thing I'd like to say that you can't get from watching one video, & that is that Dimash sings in EVERY genre, often with four or five different ones mixed freely into one song. He sings much lower AND much higher than he does in this song. He sings in 12 languages and plays 10 instruments. And on and on and on, as others will surely inform you if you stay around to read. Dimash was born in Kazakhstan in 1994. He began studying music at the age of 5, the age at which he was diagnosed with the "perfect pitch". His parents are prestigious singers in Kazakhstan. He graduated from classical and contemporary music. He has a master's degree in composition and is currently pursuing a doctorate in musicology. He speaks Kazakh, Russian and English and studies Mandarin Chinese. He sings in 12 languages. He has received countless awards and distinctions at home and abroad. After competing in "I am a singer" in China 2017 he became famous all over the world. In addition to being a singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist (6), he has ventured as an advertising model, actor, dancer and audiovisual director. He is only 27 years old and is 6.3 feet tall. He lives in his country, Kazakhstan. He has a page on You Tube (Dimash Kudaibergen) where he has posted many of his songs. In recent weeks he released a song in Japanese which has been praised by Japanese-speaking people. I cannot fail to mention that he is an exceptional human being. He is known on social media as "the best singer in the world"

Dimash is from Kazakhstan and comes from a very musical family. He started singing and piano lessons at the age of five when he was found to have perfect pitch. He is university-educated with degrees in classical/Opera, contemporary music, pop, and jazz with a major in vocal. He also completed a Broadway musical master's class and has recently completed his Master's with a concentration in Composition; his thesis was titled: "Personal Image of Traditional Music." He graduated with Honours, achieving a perfect score of 100%. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. as he wants to teach music after his singing career. Dimash has diligently honed his craft and developed his God-given gift for more than 20 years now, and it shows. I read somewhere that Dimash used to swim 3 hours every day to increase his lung capacity. It's not just raw natural talent but tremendous work, dedication, and discipline to achieve this level of performance. He has won many prestigious singing competitions and is a much-loved national treasure in his native Kazakhstan. He was even offered a place with the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but turned it down to follow his own path, and he has been very successful thus far. He sings in 12 different languages, speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is getting pretty good with English but is still studying it along with Mandarin, which he says is a challenging language to learn. Dimash also plays six instruments; the piano, dombra, guitar, xylophone, cello, and drums. He usually performs for more than two hours during his live concerts and treats his audience to an eclectic mix of styles. According to some analysts, his range is over 7 octaves (A1-D8), spanning across all four registers. As many probably know, the four registers, from lowest to highest, are vocal fry (pulse), modal voice, falsetto, and flageolet (whistle tone), and Dimash seems to effortlessly navigate between them, often within a single breath and without a break in between. Dimash has even hit a D8 for ~5 seconds with vibrato, the highest note ever performed during any live performance. He sings in multiple musical genres. Congratulations on your reaction, Dimash is a very humble and simple boy, for what i have read and seen he highly appreciates his roots and exposes them when he can in his presentations. He is very respectful of everyone and kind. He was competing in The World´s Best in 2019 but he retired. This caused annoyance in Rupaul but Dimash was more concerned with leaving the little ones that competed with him frustrated and seeing the level and quality that he has, he would very likely have won. By the way the prize was of 1,000,000.00 dollars.

I think we are all eager to hear you listen and reaction to more of his music. Those that are ardent fans of Dimash are called "Dears". If you want to pick another enjoyable performance, then Olympico or Stranger will make your head blow up again when listened to...in a favorable way that's unforgettable. I discovered Dimash over 4 years ago with his earlier performance of this song SOS 2017 in the annual Chinese competition of professional singers I Am Singer. Dimash was a non Chinese special invitee that OPENED the annual show with SOS as an unknown. After that he required bodyguards for the remainder of the competition. Ultimately he finished SECOND mainly due to the fact that he was not Chinese. The was negative blowback as a result forced the show to change the rules the following year and the special invitee that year Jessie J won it. Dimash is a phenom. Suggestion: resist the temptation to view his newer releases for now and react to Sinful Passion from 2018. I promised you wont regret it. Thank you for a sincere reaction! You are right - this is not for easy listening. Overall, Dimash's music is not for light entertainment though it delights and fascinates. For me, it's soul shaking music, something one has to focus on with all senses open. Someone said, Dimash is an experience. Btw, if this is not your type of music, he likely has something that is. I completely agree! The music enters differently if you are reading. Maybe, if needed, look at the lyrics before you listen just so you know, but most people feel it in all the cells of their body. I'm really glad I didn't know about cc when I first learned about Dimash.
I completely disagree. You do not have to be looking at Dimash's face to hear his music. You can just as easily look at the captions. The lyrics of this song are emotional. No need to skip them and dissect the performance into many pieces. Reading for most people does not turn off the other senses. Reading and listening to music is one of my favorite pass times. Now if people do not have the capacity to do more than one thing at once. Fine. But seeing and hearing together does seem unattainable.
And by the way Dimash does Kazakh Rap which is his form of Country Rap, watch Screaming Idol Hits and Be With Me MV for examples.. Or Durdaraz which is Kazakh Rock!

Dimash is unic. And " wow". He is extraordinary and amazing.
You just witnessed the greatest vocalist off all time. He’s from Kazakhstan, sings in 15 different languages, plays multiple musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in music. He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 6-8 octave range (depending on who you ask) has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble man. He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend “Sinful Passion “ 2018 next and then "Stranger" 2021. Believe it or not, he’s only gotten better. The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I had the opportunity to say this to Dimash, personally, when I was with him in Latvia where I went, coming from Portugal (there are 8000 km round trip), on the 7th of March 2020. Thank you, Rollen Green, for your honest and enthusiastic Dimash reaction here. I get what you're saying about this not being your type of music. I've been watching a LOT of Dimash reactions and performances for several years running now, and I can tell you right up front, not everything he sings is my type of music, either. The operative word, though, from a huge consensus of music professionals (of which I'm not one) all over the globe is that this voice is GENERATIONAL -- that is, there doesn't seem to be one like it on Earth but once a generation, and with my longtime love of all things best and excellent, I was self-sold immediately on the idea of jamming as much of this guy's singing into my headspace as I could manage in as little time as possible. It has been for me a massively educational experience -- not to mention immensely enjoyable -- but there is one thing I'd like to say that you can't get from watching one video, & that is that Dimash sings in EVERY genre, often with four or five different ones mixed freely into one song. He sings much lower AND much higher than he does in this song. He sings in 12 languages and plays 10 instruments. And on and on and on, as others will surely inform you if you stay around to read. Dimash was born in Kazakhstan in 1994. He began studying music at the age of 5, the age at which he was diagnosed with the "perfect pitch". His parents are prestigious singers in Kazakhstan. He graduated from classical and contemporary music. He has a master's degree in composition and is currently pursuing a doctorate in musicology. He speaks Kazakh, Russian and English and studies Mandarin Chinese. He sings in 12 languages. He has received countless awards and distinctions at home and abroad. After competing in "I am a singer" in China 2017 he became famous all over the world. In addition to being a singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist (6), he has ventured as an advertising model, actor, dancer and audiovisual director. He is only 27 years old and is 6.3 feet tall. He lives in his country, Kazakhstan. He has a page on You Tube (Dimash Kudaibergen) where he has posted many of his songs. In recent weeks he released a song in Japanese which has been praised by Japanese-speaking people. I cannot fail to mention that he is an exceptional human being. He is known on social media as "the best singer in the world"

Dimash is from Kazakhstan and comes from a very musical family. He started singing and piano lessons at the age of five when he was found to have perfect pitch. He is university-educated with degrees in classical/Opera, contemporary music, pop, and jazz with a major in vocal. He also completed a Broadway musical master's class and has recently completed his Master's with a concentration in Composition; his thesis was titled: "Personal Image of Traditional Music." He graduated with Honours, achieving a perfect score of 100%. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. as he wants to teach music after his singing career.
Dimash has diligently honed his craft and developed his God-given gift for more than 20 years now, and it shows. I read somewhere that Dimash used to swim 3 hours every day to increase his lung capacity. It's not just raw natural talent but tremendous work, dedication, and discipline to achieve this level of performance. He has won many prestigious singing competitions and is a much-loved national treasure in his native Kazakhstan. He was even offered a place with the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but turned it down to follow his own path, and he has been very successful thus far.
He sings in 12 different languages, speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is getting pretty good with English but is still studying it along with Mandarin, which he says is a challenging language to learn. Dimash also plays six instruments; the piano, dombra, guitar, xylophone, cello, and drums. He usually performs for more than two hours during his live concerts and treats his audience to an eclectic mix of styles.
According to some analysts, his range is over 7 octaves (A1-D8), spanning across all four registers. As many probably know, the four registers, from lowest to highest, are vocal fry (pulse), modal voice, falsetto, and flageolet (whistle tone), and Dimash seems to effortlessly navigate between them, often within a single breath and without a break in between. Dimash has even hit a D8 for ~5 seconds with vibrato, the highest note ever performed during any live performance. He sings in multiple musical genres. His primary genre is classical crossover, but he also sings classical music (bel canto), pop, and world music. He uses musical elements, vocal styles, and techniques of many other genres, including jazz, rock (e.g., screams), RnB, musical theater, even rap, and Tribal and Middle Eastern styles.
I am looking forward to your subsequent reaction. Beware, some Dimash fans are almost cultic to the point of fanaticism, and they get outright defensive and combative over any perceived criticism of their "object of worship." Quite sad because I am sure that Dimash himself would handle criticism with much more grace and kindness. They would fare well to keep in mind that Dimash is just a man, not God. Congratulations on your reaction, Dimash is a very humble and simple boy, for what i have read and seen he highly appreciates his roots and exposes them when he can in his presentations. He is very respectful of everyone and kind. He was competing in The World´s Best in 2019 but he retired. This caused annoyance in Rupaul but Dimash was more concerned with leaving the little ones that competed with him frustrated and seeing the level and quality that he has, he would very likely have won. By the way the prize was of 1,000,000.00 dollars.

I've seen a lot of people's reactions to Dimash's for the first time. Your reaction is priceless. No matter what song you listen to by Dimash, he touches your soul with his performances. I think we are all eager to hear you listen and reaction to more of his music. Those that are ardent fans of Dimash are called "Dears". If you want to pick another enjoyable performance, then Olympico or Stranger will make your head blow up again when listened to...in a favorable way that's unforgettable.

I discovered Dimash over 4 years ago with his earlier performance of this song SOS 2017 in the annual Chinese competition of professional singers I Am Singer. Dimash was a non Chinese special invitee that OPENED the annual show with SOS as an unknown. After that he required bodyguards for the remainder of the competition. Ultimately he finished SECOND mainly due to the fact that he was not Chinese. Thank you for a sincere reaction! You are right - this is not for easy listening. Overall, Dimash's music is not for light entertainment though it delights and fascinates. For me, it's soul shaking music, something one has to focus on with all senses open. Someone said, Dimash is an experience. Btw, if this is not your type of music, he likely has something that is. BTW. you are doing exactly what you should be with listening to him. There is no way for you to get the emotion being relayed through the song if you are trying to read subtitles plus..you don't need to know..let the music take you first and after your heart has been squeezed, THEN go back and read :)
I completely agree! The music enters differently if you are reading. Maybe, if needed, look at the lyrics before you listen just so you know, but most people feel it in all the cells of their body. I'm really glad I didn't know about cc when I first learned about Dimash.
I completely disagree. You do not have to be looking at Dimash's face to hear his music. You can just as easily look at the captions. The lyrics of this song are emotional. No need to skip them and dissect the performance into many pieces. Reading for most people does not turn off the other senses. Reading and listening to music is one of my favorite pass times. Now if people do not have the capacity to do more than one thing at once. Fine. But seeing and hearing together does seem unattainable.
And by the way Dimash does Kazakh Rap which is his form of Country Rap, watch Screaming Idol Hits and Be With Me MV for examples.. Or Durdaraz which is Kazakh Rock!
