    I have 3 of these reels. Best reels I've ever owned. Fantastic spinning reels. Had them for like 5 years maybe longer. Thought I should service them. Grease the bearings and whatever needs to be done. I have no idea what is supposed to be done for service for reels. Watched this video. Oh, nevermind. hahahahahahhaha

      :''D it's not so hard. You can play the video backwards! If it can be useful, I could shoot a video next time I'll clean my reel.
      The only important thing is to remember where washers exactly are in your specific case.

    Hi,is it good and strong reel that? also has smooth turning on fishing? thanks

      It's quite a sturd reel compared to its weight. I think it's a good choice if you want a light reel that can be abused. Nice and smooth if you give him regular maintenance, but after many years not smooth as my other Shimano and Daiwa. It feels more "mechanical", but nothing annoying.

    I serviced one old sl25pti but I couldn't remove the Clutch cap to clean and lubricate that bearings,
    Do you Know how to remove it?

      Thank you for you fast response, I just discovered that is threaded behind the cap, I just use a pliers and put a cloth to cover the finish and remove it, Your video was so useful and was my primary guide.

      - non la migliore scelta per pesche leggere. Anche le misure piccole non le userei per il light
      - forse il prezzo è un po' alto. non so ora, ma di listino erano sui 250 euro. Se con 150 prendo uno Stradic, 250 potrebbero essere troppi.

    How do you take off the clutch cap

    • @AnonimoPescatore
      @AnonimoPescatore  3 года назад

      What's the clutch cap? Do you mean how to remove the drag washers from the spool? (not shown in the video)

    WTF this is what i need to do for maintenance? OMG

    • @AnonimoPescatore
      @AnonimoPescatore  Год назад

      it actually isn't that complex, and in theory you could just open the reel body, clean and put new grease. however, under heavy duty and weekly usage, I'd do a complete maintenance once a year. not more. but however, you feel if it's needed or not ;)
