I can tell you don't like REs, there's no honesty really when you review REs. There's just pure hatred towards them, you've reviewed TB, Classic 350 as well and it's the same hatred. So why even bother reviewing an RE? When you're going to come out and say the same stuff? Btw, my 500 goes past 120 effortlessly. You're more used to those Racing breed, so ofc RE isn't for you because RE isn't meant for racing anyways. 60 ke upar chalana nahi ata isliye RE lete ho tumlog aur Bike lene se pehele kya aurat the kya ki mard wali bike chahiye. Pagal log hai RE wale jo dusro ko bolte rehete hai hum mard hai tum nahi. KTM ka power tame karke dikhao Chutiye log mard na bade.

My experience on classic 500,I use for daily communating around 45 km per day from last two years.
1)Vibration is not that much below 100 km/ hrs but after that it things becomes vibrating as video has suggested.
2) Manovering in city als
not difficult in fact low turning radius and low end torque it helps to come out from traffic situation.
3)Yes rusting issues,oil traces around oil casing area are there

the oil around the oil casing is generally because of a cracked breather pipe , i had mine changed no oil around the rh cover after that

Discovery 5 is good.
With aftermarket exhaust and Harley like handle bar, it of course makes lot of noise..handles bad and has huge turning radius. RE's customisability is a bane and a boon. Some accessories improve the performance while some cosmetic parts hinder it. Some owners make their bikes flashy and loud while some make their bike a comfortable thumper.
To me they neither deserve all the hype nor the hatred they face.

I think Royal Enfield needs to take a page out of Triumph book on how to create a Modern Classic like the Bonneville range of motorcycles.

From my experience Desert storm 500 issues
1. Regualr breakage of the hose at the right side below the tank. Only for fuel injection bikes.
2. Drum brake at the back is not at all good for this vechicle.
3. Normal handle causes back pain if you go for a trip so changed it to wide handle.
4. Rusting issues on the pipe from the engine. So covered with heat protected cloth.
5. Over heating if you drive on high traffic roads. If you go in some 2-3 gear for long becuase of the traffic block you can feel the heat in your right leg.
6. RE service is so bad. They took almost 6k for my friends regualr service for a standard 500. Dont service there after free service. They even damage your bike. It's so bad.
500 Felt good
1. Can ride long because of the comfort it gives.
2. Since it has more weight than normal bikes it wont skid so easly.
3. Seating posture is defenitely good for womens and chirldern. I hate the seating in sporty bikes. Here you can sit relaxly.
4. Bullet is an emotion. It will be there forever no matter any dominors tried to bark at the elephant.
5. Compared to 350 cc the power it gives make it good for long journey.
6. Eventhough it's 500 it gives you 35 mileage on long drives since it is fuel injection.
Overall you can buy it if you have a good local mechanic. Also dont put local silencers for sound it will ruin your bike. Use only genuine parts.
To be honest the review sucked ... I had a feeling that you’re someone who loves cars and bikes irrespective of the make ..to me every car and every bike has its own flaws and perfections. And I believe its boring to have any perfect something because imperfections are too beautiful. Royal Enfield is a good bike like every bikes out there I do agree it has alot of flaws but please don’t make a review like this. I agree that a review should be focused on both the good and the bad bits but when u just focus on one side the review becomes boring to be honest
Next time you make a review please cover both the sides. And tbh you really sounded like a payed reviewer who is struggling to blurt out sarcasm to pass your message (this repeated vibration joke of yours made me yawn)
