I used cast iron on my glass top stove with disastrous results. I wish I had Amy’s gas stove. By the way, don’t ever leave hot cast iron on the glass burner when you’re done using it; it can hold too much heat and crack the glass top and it is very expensive to replace.

Can I say cast iron?! I love mine. But if you don't know how to care for them, than it's best not to invest. I have a few pieces that the bottom is a slick is glass They are as old as I am or older and I'm 59. Also, you should cook your French toast on your griddle on your stove. You have so much more room than in a skillet. Just my opinion😊 Have a great day and a great weekend.

I think I stopped wearing any type of pans when I was 13 years old the day I accepted Jesus into my life as my Lord and Savior and the church I go to they don't condone women wearing pants inside the church or outside the church so all I wear is dresses and skirts no shorts no pants no leggings

Amy, non stick pans start to stick from being washed in the dishwasher. Even though they say dishwasher safe.

Amy if you buy really good quality cookware, you will get a life time out of it. Doesn’t matter how you cook in them, but you have to spend the money.

Taking the meat off the turkeys you have in freezer to grind up?
Try cast iron, you can't really mess them up. Once you get them seasoned they are non stick.
