I always feel so sorry for the flower. It’s supposed to be a healer-magic-attacker-hybrid but it barely heals and they also gave cleric a magic attack… So Flower is really just a downgraded Cleric. I always feel like there’s some niche or situation I’m missing because of that. Is there such a thing?
I feel bad for flower, but it's pretty nice in some situations since it has an all-target attack (hurricane), which is nice for taking out groups of enemies that are weak to magic
You can reroll visitors in the Traveler's Hub until you get the job you want, since the game only saves after it shows the visitors to you. It's saved me a TON of time!

I'd already grinded my miis up to max (+99) grub so I was absolutely NOT grinding every job to level 50 as well lol

But overall I'd say my absolute favorite is scientist, followed by chef, then elf
