Pacing is the hardest thing in the world. Seriously. The moment you think you got it, you forget and make a mistake

Pacing can definitely be a challenge and no one can ever get it 100% right! It's a journey with ups and downs, and making mistakes is part of the process. Be patient with yourself, learn from those moments, and keep trying. You're doing your best, and that's what matters.

It's extremely hard when you have no choice but to rely on other people for things, so you're on "their" schedule.

We can definitely see the difficulty of relying on others' schedules. It can be frustrating, but remember, any amount of pacing you manage is a step in the right direction. You've got this!
