You seen to have left out the 327 magnum. It's a perfect carry.
I have a 22 revolver that holds 10 rounds. And on the opposite side I own a 460 S&W magnum and 500 S&W magnum that each hold just 5 rounds.

A Smith & Wesson 686+ holds 7 rounds of 357 Magnum. In California you can't have more than 10 round magazines.

Bullets? Don't you mean cartridges? Please don't use a term that the uninitiated use when referring to ammunition.

My problem with a revolver isn't the capacity. It is that it is an experts gun. The long double action trigger is hard, and even harder to shoot well under stress. I have a few revolvers and they are fun to shoot, but my carry gun is a Glock 42. I train with it and practice my training till I can't get it wrong, then train some more. I can shoot it very well, I have my draw down .77 seconds to first shot. I can do close up one handed shots and 25 yard shots. I train and practice till I cannot get it wrong. I have taken my .38 Special and .357 to training classes. It is scary how badly it goes. However I have to say the only time I have had to use my gun, I had my NAA 22LR on me. I was on shot and one kill.
