A Day in the Life of a NEW Real Estate Agent (2 months): Prospecting, Cold Calling and Following Up
In this video I take you on a day at the office with the newer agents on the team. You will see Adolfo, Maira, John and Leo. John has been in the business for 2 months and is killing it on the phones calling expireds, fsbos and setting appointments. John was a part of my September 2020 bootcamp which he took prior to getting licensed. Watch as he brings up scenarios he is encountering, as well as listen to the way we handle certain objections!

Hi everyone, I have a question. When you get expires through the MLS where do you get the phone number for the owner, I can only find the agents number, does anyone knows?
You have to subscribe to a service that give it to you like Vulcan7, Landvoice, Espresso Agent . Or manually look up owners info but that is too time consuming
For your team of eXp agents are you covering the costs of an office or how does that work? I'm thinking about the business model. Thank you for your last videos on the brokerage
