It may not sound very good but My favorite PR food is Morcillas (pig intestines with rice and beans), from the Pork Highway...Oh ya and I recommend if you are ever in PR again to go see the waterfalls (Very Pretty) I'm not much of a tourist seeing as my family is from there but I would definitely go check them out.
