Oh yes, you are the one girl! Keep on doing what you're doing and inspire your generation to bring proper music back to life! You are something special Muireann
Absolutely lovely, I am 70 years old and live in Belfast, my eldest son is a guitar tutor and I used to play and sing around N Irelands pubs and restaurants. My early influences in music was delta blues. You have captured this guitar technique and your vocal accompaniment is superb. I wish you great success Muireann you have got the gift of musicality and the world is your musical oyster 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎤🎤🎤🎤🪕🎷🎻🥁🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼
Beautiful tone on that McNally guitar you’re playing. I love that tune and,as always, your playing is amazing. I’m almost 80 and don’t play guitar but I certainly admire a talent like yours. You’re lucky that your Dad influenced your listening and desire to learn to play. Keep it up,you’re wonderful.👍👍🇨🇦
I love this tune - learned to play it many years ago through the Stefan Grossman tutorials from ‘How to play blues guitar’ which was groundbreaking in its day. Your interpretation is so much better and I am in awe of your talent. I am subscribed to your channel now and look forward to future releases. Stefan would be very proud of you!
Very sweet. (I’d love to hear you play Church Bell Blues by Luke Jordan. You’d do it justice. John Miller has the transcription. It’s a wonderful piece!)
String bending, Baby! Girl, you got a lot of tools in your ditty, but I suspect string bending will be the one that will takes you to the next marvelous level. I be watching you!
As far as I'm concerned, Muireann can do no wrong when it comes to playing these blues songs. Simply stunning!!!❤❤
Sounds like she's playing with 20 fingers whilst the rest of us play with 10 thumbs.
The finest country blues guitar I've ever heard...I hope you have many years playing your McNally guitar Muireann. 🙏👏👏 like 60.
