How to change reverse/back up lights from incandescent to LED. With Lux and Voltage test.
Where questions: artworkslights@gmail.com Хобби
Thanks. You gave me confidence. And I managed to change it myself.
I am glad I could do anything to help
What brand bulbs are these? I'd like to get some for my backup and rear turn signals on my 2013 Avalon. Most of the LEDs I've found seem to need resistors
for turn signals you would need resistors every time. Some have them built in, others don't. Electronic resistors seem to fail more often then old style resistors. There is no specific brand for these, because these are made by the manufacturer; branding increases cost and creates more overhead for marketing.
I am having a hard time taking the bulb housing out. Do you have to twist it counter clockwise for it to come out?
for bolts and nuts, yes. socket-slightly push and turn
can you provide the link to where you ordered the bulbs from ?
Hello. Thank you for watching. You can buy these at APZ/Carquest in Port Chester,NY or I could see if they could ship it to you.

Art Works L thank you so much
I have heard this is much more difficult
Can you make a video of changing interior lights to LED for Avalon?
Yes, I have it done, just not posted yet, sorry. I will post it soon.
@@artworkslights Thank you!
No need to remove entire trunk lid cover - pry a few side clips off and you can reach back-up bulb
correct, but, I did not feel like giving myself a chance in ripping the cover or braking something on a new car. Scratching hands does not feel very good either. Besides, it is easier to brake LEDs than stock bulbs.
Where can i find this bulb and whats the number?
its 194, but the once installed are about $20 pair
