- This is my performance from the January 2010 Versatile Arts "Saints and Sinners" show. It is to Jeff Buckley's "Hallelujah". All the video processing and editing was done by the wonderful Paul Hawxhurst. See more of his work here: vimeo.com/user1...

She has a lot of skill, its just not the best choreography and it doesn't flow. It doesn't really go with the music.
Wow. This is one of the most graceful and fluid aerial routines I've ever watched. Really beautiful.
This is breath-taking.You are so talented, and the fact that you didn't start as a child gives my sorrow ass hope! I start classes next week but this performances inspires me to put in the hard work ahead to get results. Thank you!
I was actually moved to tears with this performance. I've never seen a performance where the performer was so in touch with not only the music but the silk itself.
Thanks so much for sharing this work of art.
The technique is so precise here that it seems effortless, and the movement quality is so gorgeously expressive.
I have watched this so many times and it just takes my breath away everytime. She really captures the emotion of this song
This is beautiful, and gorgeous, graceful pacing with the piece. Incredible understanding of the music - thank you for this.
That was way cool. I've never really seen a routine that followed the flow of the music as well as you did. You would hit a pose at the peak of the phrase every time. Wonderful
I watched this some years ago as I was beginning to learn aerial and at that time I thought it was so amazing. Coming back years later after watching and practicing aerial this routine it still gives me chills it is so lovely and amazing.
Thanks so much for the reply! I still watch this video because I love the transitions and ps the "lady climb" is my favorite! ;) that's what we call it
Absolutely stunning i was caught in a trance watching
This is an absolutely stunning routine. Your control is amazing. I aspire to be this graceful someday.

This is amazing and it was posted on my birthday:)
Wow , Love it Love it !!
This is so beautiful. You are so graceful! it makes me want to draw an aerial Dancer in a cool position with a cool shadow cast in the background. I'd love to be able to move like that but I think I'll stick to drawing for now haha off to google!
I love the outfit!!
you are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would love to see a performance with the song " Creep" (the version by Post Modern Jukebox)
How old were you when you started? Because I am 16 and I really want to learn.
amandapahl4 I was 33 when I started. But the younger you start, the better. There may be circus schools in your area...
I love it!
Amazing...
2:13!!! OMG!!!! That is amazing!!!
We call it the "fancy russian" climb. It's essentially a russian climb but with the tail over your thigh rather than over your foot.
brilint i love it its realy inspiering for me cant wate till im that good
I'm not sure I understand your question. We call it Circus Aerials or possibly Aerial Dance. More specifically, it is called Aerial Tissu, Aerial Fabric, or Aerial Silk.
It's not actually silk, it's aerial fabric. You can buy it online searching for aerial silks fabric. There's different levels of stretch though.
this is perfect! it only took you five years to reach this level? i hope in a few years i turn out to be this good!
Very beautiful routine! Are you a gymnast?
Spectacular. Whats the name of th fabric do you use por it??
Aerial silk
I am not a gymnast. I've been doing circus aerials for the past 5 and a half years (or so).
how long have you been doing silks?
At 1.59 what kind of climb is this?
at 3:36 whats that called and where can I find a tutorial for it??
MY 2 CENTS it looks like Belay. Just look it up on RUclips. there multiple ways to wrap for it
Beautiful routine. Lace panties seemed an odd choice, but hey, whatever.
agreed
I was totally digging the lace
Getting into the position took some skill and effort, but sitting there was definitely a moment of rest for me.
We're you wearing just underwear or real Ariel clothes????
Cake Prinsses I think it's undergarments. It's fitting to the song.
Good moves. Poor costuming - detracts from the perfulmence
