Milwaukee vacuums suck real good, just hope they'll be announcing a larger version for pipeline 2021, you hear anything TRZ? DON'T HOLD BACK ON YOUR VIEWERS!
Haha, would never bro
VCG THAT A TRZ CALL OUT? RIDGID RON
“ She went from suck to blow”. Great movie reference! You swept the punny moments up.
Hahahahahaha, didn't think anyone would catch that brother
I'M SURROUNDED BY ASSHOLES!
@@gregmize01 Aren’t we all?
Spaceballs the t shirt, Spaceballs the lunch box, spaceballs the flamethrower!!!!
Love that the hose and accessories are all inside! Three ways it beats a regular "shop vac" : 1) no power cord, 2) hose not flopping everywhere when u move/store it, 3) accessories are all there when you need them and not constantly getting knocked off the base of the shop vac. This truly is real nass like.
That's what I really like about this Guy. I'll do a one year later on it and see how it hold up brother
Keep "Winking" my friend...that may be your new signature move... 😂 LOL!
Hahahaha, that's funny 😆😉😉😉
@@ToolReviewZone see...you did it again on your next video! The comedic timing is priceless! Well done!
@@F18Paul haha, did it just for you brother 🤣👊😉
I think regarding noise, from other tests I’ve seen all the vacuums are quite loud. I’m thinking oh getting the packet so it can rolled around with all the tools to the job site or around the yard.
Love that vacuum! I have it too. Use it to clean out the truck and pellet smoker pit. I don’t really use the blower part. I prefer to use my Milwaukee blower for all those tasks.
I use the little 18v blower as well Izak, but yeah... this is definitely going to come in handy with the pellet smoker! Thanks for the feedback
I have both vacuums from Milwaukee and I have not used the pack out one yet cause the older one works so well, I got the new one w the battery deal
I have this one and the previous model that has the hose storage on the outside. I can tell the older model has more suction for some reason.
When I first spotted the spider climb onto the vac I literally started a countdown from 5, and right on cue you did not disappoint!!! Hahahaha
Hahahaha
I have this and love it. honestly for me the only downside is unlike the packout and m12, this one doesn't have an option to use collection bags. which I wish it did because I usually am dealing with vacuuming up small plastic bits and dust which im sure go right into the air when i dump it into the trash can. .
I had that and traded up to the Packout Vac.
Wish I had kept it as a backup though. I even had Packout kleets on it.
Although the Packout Vac is awsome, not sure how the outside hose storage is gonna hold up in the long run. Hose seems not to "snap back" as tightly as it should.
Real Nass Like
You get the Smeesh!
Haha, tha ks for the comment and SMEEESH Redd!
This vac is my most used vacuum out off all the cordless vacuums I have I love it I have used it for dry wall and wood clean up use it most for glass cleanup of automotive windows @ToolReviewZone
Awesome feedback brother, thanks for the info Antonio!!!
Pretty spiffy! BUT...I made the mistake of saying to my lovely wife, "hey hon, check out this spiffy vacuum!" And the look she gave me.....one of those looks that covered soooo many possible thoughts...you know the one..."what, you think I don't clean", or "what, you want to buy a new tool", or "if you think that's going to work as an anniversary gift"....so clever me did my best "it would make a great Fathers Day gift"...and the look she gave me. Yeah, theres no winning with the wife...but it is spiffy!👍👍
Hahahaha, thanks for the awesome comment Jim!
Has Milwaukee come up with a way to avoid static electricity from connecting the pack out vacuum to saws? I always get zapped from the sawdust flowing through the hose. It kinda tickles... lol 😆
Haha, not that I know of Pae 🤣👊
Also usually you can find promotion filters they usually have two for the same price as one and when I bought the extra attachment kit from Home Depot I got a plastic 2ft extension hose with the longest skinny attachment and the bristle brush very compact never ever had a problem with any dust falling out of the vacuum and never had a problem with it
My store only has the one filter, but if I find the 2 pack deal, ima buy it brother 👊👊👊👊
@@ToolReviewZone the Elmont Home Depot Long Island New York they sell a twin pack for the same price as the single but they never put them out on display. Last month they had like seven hidden I guess it's a promotion they do every once in awhile but they'll do a buy-one-get-one-free I just happened to see it hiding on the other side of the aisle across from the vacuums just up high on a Shelf. But look it up and maybe they still have some in stores hope you're enjoying your weekend brother
Yo TRZ! Yep, I have that EXACT wet/dry vac and LOVE it! It's not brushless, but that's okay. I refuse to get anything m18 FUEL anymore! 😝 Having said that, 2 flaws, I've noticed. 1. As you mentioned, it doesn't come with a brush attachment, but that's a solvable issue. 2. After wet vacuuming mucky and yucky water, the catch can and hose aren't, exactly, the easiest to clean. Especially the catch can. So many contours and corners, it's kind of annoying. Too bad Shop-Vac and their smooth tubs are no more. Meaning, if this m18 version had a smooth tub (catch can) it would be much MUCH easier to get that "swamp water" out of it. Great video and thank you! God bless! 😎🎸👍
Thanks for the awesome feedback Dave👊👊👊👊👊
Yo TRZ! My wife loves that vacuum so much, I had to buy her, her own pair of 6.0 batteries and for it.
Amos!!! Awesomeness 👊
What do you do if you want a hose longer than 36”?
I have this vac and the Packout version. I definitely prefer the Packout Vac. It is a littler heavier, but it's quieter, comes with the attachment to hook up to the dust port of tools, and I'm able to use a bag. Being able to use a bag was the big selling point for me. I use the Packout Vac to clean out my grill.
Thanks for the feedback Jon, I may need to check out the packout vac bro 👊
It’s twice as heavy in my opinion.
What broke on the ryobi? I don't have any Milwaukee batteries but I have a ton of ryobi and was gonna get the 3 gallon ryobi but if it was a motor failure in 4 years then I'll get one of the other ryobis
Just watched your video and was “ Real Nice Like”!!!
Would be Awesome if you could do a side by side test with 3 different Milwaukee platforms. 18 vs the 12 vs the pack out!!
I'll definitely try to get that together 👊
No MOIST demonstration? I’ve got the Packout version, I like the 2 speeds on it (can go quieter), and everything still tucks under the lid. And don’t have to open the lid to swap from suck to blow.
Haha, I should have done the moist demonstration, but I kept getting interrupted while making theis vid and forgot Borescoped. I may need to pick up the packout and check it out brother 👊
"Blow that crap right into your neighbors yard..." 🤣😂🤣 🤓👍
Hehe 😉
Also have had this over a year. And mine also drains battery but does it after put away unless I take battery out.
Wow, I'll definitely keep an eye on that Monroe, thanks for the info👊👊
I have that vac and I love it so much! I can run it for days without changing the battery and it sucks water very well as well as dry. Super worth it for 100 bucks. Plus the pack out version is twice the price and that's just for the pack out clips
Thanks for the feedback Nathan!!!!
But the filter is located all down at the bottom of the dust (wet) container so it will be in the water, right? That's not good, wet dust can turn into "concrete" and be very hard to get out of your filter. Or are the 1-2 inched "free" space between the filter and the bottom?
You got me with the title but I should have known better. Nice review I've been considering a new vac and I appreciate the insight. Thank you.
Hahaha, thanks for the comment Ron!🤣👊
Get the packout version regardless of wether you have packout or not. It has two speeds and the low is super quiet. Also I think it’s more powerful.
I've got the M12 Fuel version. Also have the Kobalt version. They're both okay, but I'm probably getting the Hercules vac because it's dual-power (battery or AC), the only one I know of that has that feature.
I love these little vac, so I may pic those up as well and bring them to the channel 👊
Both Makita and Greenworks also make hybrid shopvacs. Down side is both of em require 2 of their respective batteries to run cordless.
I was just joking Clint that back is nice I'm just not in the Milwaukee platform but if I was on in it I would buy this just to have for when I needed it considering that a new shop vac anyway I don't want to go cordless unless it's a handheld stick vac and that would be for the car for the house I'll stay with a corded version might get a higher gallon wet dry vac
I just bought a Festool shop vac. I like it a lot. Do you ever review Festool products?
Not really brother. Couple reasons are they are two expensive and they don't get many views because they are so expensive lol. I guess if there was a higher demand to see them I would consider it, but I think this was the first comment I've ever seen asking about them
Yeah I get that. I thought I was nuts for spending that much cash on a shop vac 🤪 but at least it isn't made in China! I'm normally a Makita man myself. When it comes to tools I always buy quality. I really enjoy your videos. You're #@$% hilarious. Keep up the good work you're doing my friend!
Thanks brother , really appreciate the support Snar👊
@@ToolReviewZone the festool is 1 of the best out there, its like 600 euro over here, way to much
Wow almost 150k subs!! Great vid. Need more color and designs for the gear/merch. Tired of grey/black.
Thanks for the comment Christian. I figured I would go with the grey for the first couple batches. What color would you like to see?
@@ToolReviewZone Makita blue or Milwaukee red 😎
You're word play is great Clint 👍
Haha, thanks Jamal!
My issue with this type of vacuum is the hose is always too short. Other than that, it seems naas like!
Yeah, I agree with that Lisa. It gets to be a pain sometimes
So I need to get a 9.0 amp battery for this thing?
DeWalt vac? Naw man... I wish they would come out with some updated stuff
One design flaw that is horrible on the PackOut, is there stubbornness to make a non standard 1-1/4" connection. It's essentially in reverse, size wise (male & female connection). I have 1-1/4" extension pieces that I used to get high up spider webs, but huge fail there.
You should have splurged on the Fuel. Much, much quieter. lo/hi options, and dont' need to open for the hose. It's never touched another Packout item, other than to vacuum them out.
I've heard a couple people say the fuel was more quite, but they didn't have it at the store, so I grabbed this. Wish they would have had it 👊
I have their leaf blower and I actually do use it to blow crap into my neighbors yard!
We have a wall that my neighbors gardeners trim the hedges on once a weeks and they always angle the trimmer so most of the crap falls in my yard so they don't have to clean it up.
I've yelled at them numerous times, so sometimes if I'm home & I catch them doing it, I blow all the leaves into a pile, load up the huge tube on the leaf blower like a tennis ball shooter...and blast it in the air over the wall into their yard while they're still there (they have a pool in the other side) so they have to then clean it all out of the pool before leaving so their client doesn't get pissed 😂🤣
I swear I'm not a dick, but if you'd see what they leave in my yard & you had to clean it up every week...you'd feel satisfied too lol
Go Milwaukee!!!
I have three that have failed in short order. One lasted less than 30 seconds out of the box. I love my Milwaukee tools but the vacuum is garbage.
I've had that Milwaukee vacuum for well over a year now and absolutely love it works very well does go through batteries quickly and the one thing I was upset with that it didn't come with a bristle brush it only came with the two plastic attachments but very easy to go buy one from Home Depot great vacuum. 😎👊🇺🇸
Yeah bro, was bummed out it didn't come with that brush. Appreciate the comment Joseph!!!!
I was actually looking at the packout version a while back and it's just it weighs too much
Yeah bro, some also mentioned that its heavy. I haven’t tried it yet, but I should pick it up👊😉
I didn't feel like the packout was much heavier than the old version and yes I've used both alot. I actually like the packout version because if you have a quick cleanup you can whip the hose right off the side, no messing around with latches
@@kylefowler5082 might I suggest weighing them
Good video Clint. This is a great vacuum.
Thanks brother. So far I really like it, but will follow up next year
I’ve had two of these in a year and a half. The first one was covered under a warranty replacement.
Pros:
* Cordless Convenience
* Great warranty (you’ll probably need it if you work in a trade)
* Decent Battery life with some of the heavier batteries from Milwaukee
* Great for small applications (sucking water out of toilets or air conditioner/water heater pans, removing Sheetrock and dust when cutting through walls, etc…)
* Excellent Portability
* Design having the attachments and hose underneath the top of the vacuum is much more convenient and less likely to lose attachments than the Rigid Job Site corded vacuum I had.
Cons
* Design is very fragile. My first unit had the plastic latches break off and then the switch to turn the unit on stopped working. My second unit had the little seal where the filter attaches to pull apart after the second month. It still operates, but kind of a pain knowing that stuff isn’t designed to last longer.
* Unless you’re in the trades and have an assortment of batteries, a typical battery on this will not last long for your applications.
Final thoughts:
Can be a very useful tool for many applications, but be prepared to return it underneath warranty because the craftsmanship is no where near as reliable as other brands like Rigid. You are trading reliability for convenience and portability. If mine breaks, I will buy another one because they are very useful for my Residential service work.
idk how i havent seen you before but i am excited i am here!
Excited your here too Suburban 👊
I hate I hate this vacuum my boss bought it and it worked for a year and a half but even when it worked it wasn't the greatest thing I mean it works for a little things here and there which I guess it's not made to really get the job done just to be helpful in a pinch and I don't know I guess different people have different jobs where this might be handy
What one do you recommend? I have had many other cordless vacuums and milwaukee is by far the best one I have found.
That sucks to hear Pete. I'll do a one year later to see hownit holds up
I haven't really experienced a good cordless vacuum but I guess I would say Milwaukee cordless vacuum is probably the best out of all of them sure I just never put a huge battery in it either so it could be user error my opinion is based off my ignorance to so I wouldn't take what I say too far about the vacuum because it could be pretty damn good if I just would have put a decent size battery in it but then again it could have been a faulty mechanical issue thing you know what I mean because it never really suck it just didn't do what it was supposed to do that well I think but who knows we always had a Ridgid vacuum that was like rectangular and both sides flapped open like wings one side sword the hose the other side stored the cord and attachments I think and it was a plug-in vacuum but the cord was super long and I love that vacuum
Is that a spider? BLEEP 🤣🤣🤣 LMAO
Hahaha, thing startled me lol
I know. They're just doing their thing, but they creep me out.
@@snarfdog8007 bro if that was a snake, you would have seen a grown man crying on camera 🤣🤣
I have both vacuums the M18 PACKOUT version and that one, I use the 12Ah batteries in those and it's real nasss like.
Smeesh that like button. 👀👉🏽 👍🏽
Tha ks for the feedback brother and the SMEEESH Jason!!!
Very nass review 👍
Oh hell no, I'm stop watching if there are spiders😎😱😎😱😎
Hahahaha
That's not nice like for me I'll just use what works I think sucks 😂
Im on my third one they keep blowing up on me
Damn bro, that's not good. I'll do a one year later and see how it holds up. Hopefully the warranty is helping you with the issues
I get it, it's a pun.
🤣👊
Is it good for sucking up like water out of carpet?
Not really, you would be better off with a corded shop vacuum. The cordless stuff isn’t going to last long enough to pull all the water up
I have to agree with James. If it's a small area, then yeah it should be fine... but large areas you should check out the larger ridgid vacs
@@ToolReviewZone yeah I have a 12 gal 5hp ridgid vac, was just wanting something more portable figured I'd stick with corded after watching all of the cordless vac reviews
