I've noticed that whenever I see other ghost hunting vids the people starting going nuts and getting scared as soon as the spirit answers their question but with Celina when she was talking to the spirit she was so calm and genuinely seemed to care and want to chat to this spirit and I love it x

it's so humbling seeing two female paranormal investigators. I've never seen another channel do something like this. Being empathetic makes the experience so much better. Kris and Celina dont just rely on capturing entities on camera but they use other methods to communicate. I love this series!

34:04 in the video has already gone through what the two boys say about "rabbit," "randy," "pie," "moat," etc. there was a song written on Oct. 11, 1939, by Ralph (Randy) Butler and fellow composer Noel Gray. The song contains lyrics about a rabbit pie, and the rabbit is outrunning the farmer's weapon. That's what the boys were referring to in this part because it was also used as a comfort song for soldiers in WWII.

It's also wild when you think about the first interview they had, when a female ghost asked Celina to sing. And then Celina instinctively sang Old Mcdonald, a song from 1706 about a man owning a farm.

Yknow how celina can feel things from just walking into a room?
She needs to go to a new haunted place, but do the tour blindfolded and silent first. She can tell us what she feels entering each room, maybe even have the tour guide give small parts of the story to help her “see” more clearly. And afterwards, the tour guide can reveal the full story, and we can see how these spiritual connections really work ❤

I live near this asylum and I am thrilled that you visited! My grandmother worked there for years as a nurse and when they shut it down I remember her being so thankful to have finished out her time there and made it out alive. I visit the place every year.

The Randy and Rabbit part made me tear up. I can't imagine the pain and sadness they felt. And at such a young age? No child should ever go through something like that.. Rest in peace to all of those children that passed away there. I truly hope they are no longer in pain and are at peace now.

I’m halfway through and this is amazing. I’ve gotten chill bumps so many times. What I like about y’all’s investigations is how respectful y’all are. As opposed to other paranormal shows/investigations I’ve seen. I can’t imagine walking into a place like that where true trauma and torture happened and be yelled at in like a “dance monkey” type of way. Thank you for always always always being respectful to the people who are still there.

The Estes Method is and always will be one of my favorite ghost hunting methods. It's so cool to watch and listen to, and chilling when responses make sense, especially when they come super quick after the question.

Usually, when people do ghost hunts in my state, I can’t watch it because they make fun of us, the comments are LITTERED with derogatory comments about us, and it just makes me sad. I went to the asylum with my sisters class summer 2023... Theres a room on the opposite side of Lily's room a few doors to the right of hers where I saw a huge shadow figure just watching us all go by. I brushed it off as I was imagining it because I knew the asylum was haunted but I couldn't shake the feeling of the figure following us around. My sister, when we got on the third floor she felt so nauseous she needed to stop walking for a few minutes. I got a book from there called "Lunatic" and I highly recommend reading it. I also loved the history of the heads outside the asylum and just the asylum in general!

I may be set up for a dangerous situation... But I associate shadow people with protection. I grew up in a VERY dangerous environment, but anytime things got particularly dangerous for me, my mom's drugged up boyfriends would suddenly see a shadow person looming over them at night. They would panic and leave. Which meant I was safe for at least a few weeks. They all described him the same: an intimidatingly tall shadow man, with a bowl hat and needle sharp fingers. The area around him was always uncomfortablely hot.
Does he sound scary? Yes... But I always associated shadow people and hot spots with safety. I've never seen the shadow man, but he kept me safe for years and I thank him.

Interesting. The only experience I have with something shadow like was when I was much younger. Like maybe 4 or 5 since it was before we moved and I started kindergarten.
The shadow creature had the shape of a cat. And it was across from me. Why do I remember this? Because it appeared after I came outside to check on the cat we had at the time.
I went inside to get my panda plushie, came back, found the cat dead on the back porch thing, looked around because I distinctly remember claw marks, and then saw the shadow in the shape of a cat. It could be what "really" happened but I didn't know about it until I dreamed about it.
For clarification, I don't see things when I'm awake. If I see ANYTHING, it's tied to my dreams. And I honestly didn't remember that incident until I was in 3rd grade (when I had the dream). I asked my parents about the death of the cat but they didn't have much to say since they weren't there when the cat died and they don't remember much of what happened that day other than that they buried the cat.
My dreams are usually telling me something about myself. And if it's not, I worry because that means that it's about something else 😅
Edit: For example, I once had a dream involving stairs and elevators. Which makes sense because I'm scared of heights.
Recently (as in on January 14, 2024) I dreamed about two babies. A little boy about 1 year old who really wanted to talk to me and a little girl who was just sleeping peacefully.
I know that it can't be tied to me in the obvious way since I'm not pregnant, I don't plan on getting pregnant anytime soon, and I don't know anyone who would like to be pregnant.
It might be saying something about my spirit but idk.
My husband, 13 year old son & I went for the 2nd time on Friday the 13th & done the overnight paranormal investigation. My son & I were grabbed on the 2nd floor. It really shook us up. That place is NO joke. My son is a big Celina & Kris fan and he was stoked that y’all went! 👻

Randy may have been considered to be a DANGER to themselves and tried to use a TOOL to harm themselves and that could’ve caused him and his little brother who was nicknamed RABBIT to be committed. Maybe their GRANDMOTHER named TINA was supposed to BAIL them out, but she died in the BATHTUB after she was ATTACKED. Also, they could be conforming by saying “COPY”that their bodies are in the BASEMENT and they felt trapped in a MOAT of TREES that surrounded the property and it was always WINDY outside. Maybe they prayed to GOD before unaliving themselves and that DIABLO will communicate with them over a DEVICE or something like that

Oh wow, I watch sooo many of these videos but this has never happened to me before. During the whole time you were talking to the boys who passed away, my eyes started to water at very specific times seconds before they actually answered. Plus a really suffocating feeling, almost like when someone hugs you too hard -without the actual contact-. This is probably one of my favorite series of yours by far. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression but more importantly and scarier with a 15yo daughter in the autism spectrum and who strongly battles depression, places like this and this kind of history makes me so sad and appreciative to live in the times we're living in. My daughter has been hospitalized with suicidal thoughts and deep depression and I can't imagine what horrendous things she would've been through had she lived around those times. It pains me.

If you want more insight into these asylums, I'd highly suggest reading the biography "The Woman They Could Not Silence" by Kate Moore. It's the true story of a woman who was institutionalized by her husband for having different religious beliefs. It's an amazing and heart-wrenching story
My mom has ghost hunted in Trans Alleghany multiple times, and every time is something new and exciting (& terrifying)!! I plan on going there myself whenever I can afford it, and I'm glad y'all visited!
As a toddler mom. When emily started goingnto town on the loud electronic i was absolutely convinced at the authenticity
I have things to say, enjoy my little rant!
1. That Estes was insane! Kris and Celina are such a strong duo when it comes to putting together the broken pieces of lost stories!!!
2. Randy and Rabbit are such genuin spirits, the energy in that investigation was so clear to feel even through a recording. When the Alice box said "And" I knew that you guys has solved the name and nickname question! I think Randy is the eldest and was the one speaking, but he wanted you to know that Rabbit was also there.
3. Emily is totally a TRUE child spirit! I think she was a little confused at first and not sure how to use the Ovalis but after Celina tinkered with it she got the gist and was just so happy to be able to communicate!!! I feel like she is between 7-10 years old. I don't think Emily lost interest in the Ovalis. I think that she ether got distracted in true ADHD fashion or had used up her energi and wasn't strong enough to manipulate the buttons.
Anyway, I am of to watch part 2.☺❤
I absolutely love the editing style, making some parts look like it’s back from the 80’s or 90’s, it makes me happy inside :)

I find it kind of unsettling that my name is Lilly and my sister’s name is Emily…… She is also more secluded than me. Always wanting to be alone, Emily is an introvert. It’s kinda weird bc I’m more extroverted and ppl tend to come talk to me more than her.

I just thought it was funny and ironic because she’s in a place I would never be able to go into (because of my own irrational fears, like being in large, dark, empty spaces) and she wasn’t afraid, but what made her feel uneasy was the balloon. I was just commenting from my perspective on the situation, I wasn’t making fun of her phobia.

My daughter's and I did a tour of this building about 2 years ago. When we went into the room where Dean was killed by the other inmates - I immediately got a shooting pains into my right temple. The energy from that horrific incident is still very strong in there.

This is so fascinating! I absolutely love both Celina and Kris, so to see them collab in such a different/cool way was great. I am not typically into “haunty/spooky” stuff, but honestly seeing how compassionate their questions to the spirits were was really thought-provoking. Like, somehow it just occurred to me that even scary/mean spirits maybe just want to be heard and understood.

The part that freak me out most in ghost hunting videos is the random pictures that are edited in. The shadow figures at the start caught me off guard and scared the sh!t out of me lmao
Something that I applaud about these series is that the history of the place is included. I think that adds such a huge dimension to the whole thing. I’m excited to see what’s next, and appreciate you guys doing this. You all are very brave, and hope you continue to improve the methods! Keep up the great work!
I love how much Kris and Celina have grown and continue to be even more respectful when communicating with the spirits. Such a massive difference from the initial few videos, but the pairing of you two is fantastic. Comedic moments paired with enough serious moments is what makes this series so captivating (not included the paranormal).
The information shared was really heavy this time from those patients and victims. 😔
