There is no one better or more advanced than anyone else. This is the rub. The narrative of religion is designed to keep us small and in our place. Religion is the elementary school of spirituality, in my opinion.
Jesus had a life way before people started worshipping him.

And no Jesus did not have an Ego like the rest of the teachers did (and I'm not talking about basic survival stuff). There really are degrees of Ego dissolution.

As long as we're here in physical bodies, our egos will continue to have a home. The questions is, what we do with this tenant. We can allow him to run our lives, listen to the noise he sometimes makes, wild parties, rowdy friends, OR we can enjoy the fact he's enjoying himself, sometime have fun, but not always take a part in the festivities. It's not true at all you can dissolve most/all of it/the Ego while in the body, Matt is misleading you guys about this because he hasn't done it himself yet. This is the only way to get to the Kingdom of Heaven and you're being misled. And Essentially when you do you become "Jesus".

Thanks for this video. I'm tired of spiritual teachers teaching to remove the ego, but it's necessary on this planet otherwise we'd meditate all day and forget to eat. Maybe on other worlds but not here.
Love your comment! It never sat right with me the extent other teachers would villify the ego and glorify ego deaths. Like, if we believe in the divine design, it was intentional for us humans to come built with egos 🙏 if I as the divine self respect my ego, my ego respects the divine back
Yet, if you cannot dis-identify with the appearance of self, your work on your personal ego will forever remain superficial... We must at least have a taste of transcendence to be able to transmute the beast into a gentleman, when its big mouth opens and throw the world into confusion... 😊

We can’t function in the world without an ego. We get too caught up in the rules instead of just living life and accepting all emotions as they come & let them through. Energy needs to move and emotions are just energy, natural responses to our environment. Sometimes we have to stand up for ourselves when we are constantly being attacked, and set boundaries. And no, we don’t attract these attacks 😂 Self awareness and mindfulness is what we need more of regardless of ego & emotions that are just natural parts of us 💯🙏🏽🕊️

"In a lot of spiritual traditions the focus is on understanding, unraveling, overcoming, transcending the ego.. and ego gets a real bad rap. When you take the heart-centered journey you realize ego is just a character, an inflated character, that your inner child concocts as a way of getting the attention from others it didn't feel it gained from the past. So ego is an attention seeking device on the psychological level that the inner child employs, and if you're trying to unravel your ego, destroy it & get away from it.. you're sending messages of abandonment, resistance, isolation to your inner child. Then your inner child has to get even darker to get your attention saying "I'm not gonna be loved by them, but they're never gonna ignore me", then the inner child becomes what's called the shadow. That inner child, that memory of innocence within your consciousness, is so desperate for your loving attention and it takes the backseat and perceives your spiritual journey the way it's been for so many years... as the sibling who gets all the attention. That inner child starts to get really resentful of spirituality, and then when it's time for you to talk to your inner child, you try to bring to it all the spiritual stuff you've learned & that pisses it off. Your inner child will remember every spiritual thing you've said and at a certain point it will use it against you. Your inner child will be the biggest guru you've ever met and will deconstruct everything you've ever learned so you will have nothing in the way of facing what demands your loving attention. The inner child perceives spirituality as what is more worthy of your attention than it, and then it will become the saboteur that tries to sabotage your spiritual journey and all of your life until you have nothing left but the willingness to give it the attention it seeks." - Matt Kahn

Now time for me to teach you matt..Certified Organic is actually legit. Theres a huge diffference even in taste, how much faster they decompose etc, meaning u can even be aware of the actual produce itself and see the difference in all the aspects. All while being inspected. I've also seen the difference of the farming from Dole Driscoll in which they grow the rasberries different from conventional. Showing ur human wisdom here Matt, haha!
So true!! I ate meat and potatoes all through the 80a and 90s because we lived in a farming community before moving to an urban area in 77, and used to eat organic before it was called organic. When we started getting regular mass produced fruit and veggies I wouldn't eat it because to me thanks to God it actually tastes like bug spray. My brother was vegan in the 80s and 90s and died in 2003 of cancer. I believe from all the pesticides and herbicides used in that era. NOW I am vegan since 2013. But I only can eat organic. Still conventional tastes like bug spray to me😂😅😅😂😂😂😂😂😂
